A fun and unique experience in JB, especially for families with young children. The snow area is not very large, but there is enough to keep kids entertained for about 1–2 hours. The ice slides are the main attraction and were enjoyable without needing to queue for long. Winter jackets are provided, although bringing long pants and proper shoes helps make the experience more comfortable. The venue is generally clean and well maintained, and the snowfall effects add to the atmosphere. Worth visiting if you're nearby and looking for something different from the usual shopping malls and indoor playgrounds. Just manage expectations—it's a relatively small attraction rather than a full-day destination.

it's really convenient to purchase tickets from klook. just scan the barcode front the phone, zass you enter the waterpark. no need to redeem the ticket from the counter. we enjoy the whole day at the waterpark. good food and superb facilities.

One day is too less for this excitement. one full day for theme park and one full day for water park is must. if returning back to Singapore by road than ensure reach border before 4pm to avoid rush to save 2 hours of traffic time. must take your kids to this amazing place.

My kids thoroughly enjoyed their playtime, and we will definitely visit again. However, one area that could be improved is the availability of drinking water. Currently, only carbonated beverages are sold, which is not an ideal option for children. Providing plain drinking water would be a great addition and would enhance the overall customer experience.
