Hotels near Hakata Station

service: great staff! very clean and I like interior good for 2 people has laundry

We booked it cheaper than other sites, and it is within a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station. It's much closer if you go toward the back exit of Hakata Station! I heard some people say there was a bad smell in the bathroom, but I didn't notice it. The room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed every time. The refrigerator is just mildly cool (not inconvenient). A accommodation tax of 200 yen per adult per night seems to apply; for 2 adults and 1 elementary school student for 3 nights, we paid an extra 1,200 yen. We pushed two beds together to sleep. There was no space to keep luggage open, so we had to open and close it as needed. Amenities on the 1st floor (shower towel, comb, razor, shower cap) are available for use, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and 2 toothbrushes were provided in the room. Two bottles of complimentary water were provided on the first day, and when we asked for more the next day, they gave us more. Breakfast is available, but we didn't eat it due to our schedule. The TV was great because you can watch YouTube or Netflix (if you have an account) by scanning the QR code with your camera to use your own. It's close to the bus tour departure point.

It turns out you can order room service for a massage! Unfortunately, I booked too late and it was fully booked! But it was a good thing, because I was late for my tour and didn't even have time to pay; I just left my room card and went. The hotel's cafe seemed quite nice. There was free-flow welcome wine. Breakfast was good. But it's not a swimming pool, just a beautiful bar pool. 😂

nice location. althought during cleaning time they dont even allow people to stay in the lounge. aside from that all was nice!

The check in process was very hard , and since I just saw the Google reviews about this place, I tried to get the issue resolved with klook customer support. Luckily we got the check in process sorted at the last minute. Facilities wise the room was very good, though the wifi was not so great

Except for the carpet in the room looking a bit dated, everything else was a wonderful experience. The bathroom and toilet are separate, the shower equipment is great to use, and the bathtub is also very large, though having grab bars next to the tub would be much friendlier for seniors. Customer service responds to messages very quickly, and the front desk staff are all very patient and enthusiastic in helping guests with their needs. I am really glad I ultimately chose this hotel ♥️ The room space is much larger than ordinary hotels, and there are two FamilyMart convenience stores right next to it along with a Lawson. The next time I come to Fukuoka, I will still choose Forza.

I stayed here for 2 nights. I arrived late from the airport but the checkin process was very easy. The location is super, close to Hakata station and there's Family Mart and 7 Eleven nearby. Hotel lobby looks nice and staff are polite.

Aside from the bed being a bit too soft, the room was spacious enough to fully open my suitcase, and having a bathtub was a plus. If you go out the back door, there's a Don Quijote, and it's even better because there's a drugstore and supermarket in the basement. Although the supermarket doesn't offer tax exemption, it gives an 8% discount, which made it cheaper than Don Quijote, and that was a bit frustrating. The Don Quijote building is connected to the subway, so use the escalator. There are also many Gunze stockings at the drugstore.

The hotel offers excellent value for money; at this price, the location and service are well worth it. The only minor drawback is that the hotel does not offer temporary luggage storage. If needed, guests must use the coin-operated lockers on the ground floor, which cost 500 or 1000 yen.
