Hotel Location: Excellent. It's easily accessible from Narita Airport; take the Skyliner to Nippori and transfer for just one stop. Service: Good. One staff member at the front desk speaks Chinese, Japanese, and English. Cleanliness: Excellent. Transportation Convenience: Good.

It's affordable, and the twin room can accommodate two people, while the double room is suitable for one. There's a lady at the front desk who is fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English. The hotel's location is also very convenient. Highly recommend! I might stay here again next time I visit Tokyo. Bath salts are available at the front desk for soaking.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the location is 5 minutes away from Nippori JR station.

I booked a single room, but when I arrived, I was given a room with two single beds. For Ueno, the price was very good, and it wasn't too far from Ueno Station. It was pretty good.

Located directly across from JR Ueno Station, to the left, with convenient subway access. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel offers excellent service, with large rooms and spacious beds. Housekeeping cleans daily, and water, coffee, and tea are replenished every day. Pajamas are also changed daily. Shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer are provided, so you barely need to bring any toiletries. Ice and a microwave are available on the 9th floor.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is very close to both Ueno Station and the Keisei Skyliner Station, making transportation extremely convenient. Getting here from Narita Airport was effortless. I took the Skyliner and reached Ueno in about an hour, then walked a short distance to the hotel. The hotel is also a perfect base for exploring Tokyo. With Ueno Station nearby, it was easy to travel to popular attractions and different parts of the city. There are also plenty of halal restaurants & famous ueno market. Although the room was small, it was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The hotel provided all the essential amenities. The TV and Wi-Fi were excellent as well. The internet connection was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel offers great convenience, comfort, and value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

The room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The air conditioning was exceptionally cold and refreshing, which made the stay even more enjoyable after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel also offers reliable Wi-Fi and a smart TV with useful information and entertainment options. Guests can easily access YouTube and Netflix, which is a great bonus for relaxing in the room. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay. The excellent location, comfort, facilities, and convenience made this hotel one of the highlights of my trip. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
