He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole trip. We really appreciated how he talked with us along the way and shared interesting history and information about Batu Caves and the places we visited. You could really tell that he enjoys his work and takes good care of his guests. He is truly a very good person, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our tour. Kuala Lumpu is worth to be seen l understanding its history and meanings. And this guided package does exactly this, we’re so happy we took it. Our guide, Mr. Tnesh was extremely knowledgeable, sharing the stories at each stop and making this trip a journey. Offered to take pictures for us, arranged for a guide at the Royal Selangor factory and knew the best spots. The factory tour was a great addition to well known Caves and city landmarks, it’s recommended. Don’t think too much, book this tour and you’ll enjoy it for sure. Thanks to Mr. Tnesh! also having the trip with the car and AC helps a lot in the hot weather.

we were picked up from our hotel in a van and taken to Berjaya Times Square to wait for our tour bus. our tour guide Charlie and bus driver Robert were very nice. there was plenty of time to make your way up and down the batu caves, even at a slow pace and taking a long break at the top.. the morning session was good, it wasn’t that hot when we got there, but started getting very hot as we were leaving. there were nice eateries available nearby, with nice snacks (and meals if you want a bigger meal). the batik factory was ok. it was short, but it was ok. Charlie was great in giving us information about batu caves and the suburbs outside of KL.

I received an email about the transfer the evening before, but I also contacted Klook myself. Having hotel pickup and drop-off made joining the tour very easy. We were able to see the main sights of KL, so it was excellent value for money. The guide actively offered to take photos for us. I don't understand much English, but as long as I could catch the meeting time, everything was fine.

We had the best time during this tour. It was organized, senior-friendly and very informative. The pace from one place to another was just appropriate. We enjoyed every stop and learned a lot about Malaysia. The driver was also kind and accommodating.

We booked the Bukit Tinggi and Batu Caves day tour, and it turned out to be a private tour just for me and my sister, which made the experience even more enjoyable! Our tour guide, Raj, was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He shared interesting stories about Malaysia, its culture, history, and local life while we were on the way to each destination. He also gave us enough time to explore and take photos without feeling rushed. What made the tour extra special was that Raj introduced us to locally produced Malaysian fruits and local food, making the experience feel more authentic. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely made sure we had a great time. Thank you, Raj, for making our Malaysia trip so memorable! Highly recommended! 🇲🇾❤️

This was a nice private tour around KL. Uncle Adam was our tour guide and driver and he did an amazing job explaining the history of the places we visited. We got to know more about KL and Malaysia as a whole just by listening to his stories. It would have been different if we were just led to the destinations for picture taking so it is nice to have a guide like uncle Adam. The places we went to were all awesome. To end the trip, we went to Jadi Batik for some painting. We took our paintings as souvenir. 5/5

The driver/ tour guide is very accommodating. Well reccommended KL city tour. 👍👍
