awesome stay at this hotel, it's near matsumoto station, onsen is nice anf everything was clean and stylish!

Very comfortable room and the onsen was fabulous. The breakfast was also very good with an amazing diversity of choices.

Let's talk about transportation first. It's only a 5-minute walk from Matsumoto Station, and it's located in a quiet alley. If you're taking a bus to Kamikochi, it's only a 3-minute walk away – highly recommended! This time, I booked a room with a washing machine, and the room size was pretty good. The AC was also strong, so I could dry my washed clothes quickly by hanging them in front of it. Guests get a free drink from 5 PM to 7 PM, and there's also a free all-you-can-eat Ochazuke (tea-soaked rice) available from 9:30 PM to 11 PM for a late-night snack. The hot spring experience was great, and there are also free massage chairs to use. Female guests can also get a free skincare kit. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small (no separate shower and toilet), but the bathtub is big and wide, which is very comfortable. Overall, it's awesome! 😎

This is a fantastic hotel! It's close to the station, has a great onsen, and the service is excellent. Plus, they offer free ramen and free ice cream after you soak in the onsen. If you have a car, they also provide parking for a daily fee of 1200. 👍

Perfect, excellent breakfast, and they also offer Romanian food in the evening.

absolutely loved it. staff is super friendly and lots of little activities to keep everyone busy. toy train was an absolute hit with kids. Very carefully designed rooms. small but loaded with amenities
