The rooms are very clean. The reception staff provided quick service. It's located near beautiful tourist attractions with views of the old city moat.

There's a simple breakfast available after 8 AM. The room is simple, clean, and spacious. Unfortunately, there's no elevator, but the location is excellent, especially when the Sunday night market is on, as it's right outside the alley. There are also many massage places at the alley's entrance. The only minor drawback is that the alley is quite narrow, so if you're taking a Bolt (ride-share), it's recommended to go to Burger King at the alley's entrance (but it's very close).

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Tha Phae Gate, with many high-quality massage shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's an ideal place to stay when exploring the Old City. Additionally, POR Hotel is part of a chain, so the service and facilities are of a certain standard. The room offers easy access to the pool, allowing you to take a dip whenever you return to the hotel to relax. The water quality in the bathroom is also good, and the spacious bathroom includes a bathtub. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

Super close to Tha Pae Gate, very convenient to go downstairs to the Sunday Night Market, surrounded by shops, no fear of going hungry, the breakfast is also quite delicious, highly recommended.
