A must-try adventure of a lifetime — an experience you won’t regret. The only downside was that the video service purchased on-site didn’t capture the full footage due to a GoPro malfunction. However, the team sincerely offered a refund, which is commendable. It includes shuttle service from the city to the airport.

The whole experience, from check-in, explanation, dressing, to live shooting, was completed in just 40 minutes, which is quite different from the scheduled time. It feels like it hasn't been open for long, and they are not yet familiar with tourists and field control quality. On this trip, since everyone who checked in was Asian, the staff didn't even bother to explain and just played a Chinese video 😅. But one advantage is that there are cute sheep to see across the street 🐑.

The drivers are real experts at doing their 360 spins, and they confidently assured us we wouldn't bump our heads! It's fun, two thumbs up from me and my sister! The river is spectacular because of the snowy mountains, bridge, rocks, trees - oh my! Lots to love. You should try it. Oh yeah, we purchased the video and photos. Worth something like NZD 40.

The Milford Sound Day Tour with Cruise was an unforgettable experience and well worth the early wake-up call. The scenic drive to Milford Sound was breathtaking, with plenty of photo stops along the way to capture waterfalls, mountains, and mirror-like lakes. The driver/guide's commentary added depth to the journey, sharing fascinating stories and facts about the region. The cruise itself was simply stunning. Surrounded by towering cliffs, lush greenery, and cascading waterfalls, it felt like stepping into a postcard. We were lucky to spot wildlife, including seals and birds, which made the trip even more special. The boat was comfortable with spacious viewing decks, and complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch. Overall, it's a must-do experience for anyone visiting New Zealand’s South Island—nature at its most majestic.

The TSS Earnslaw Cruise and Farm Show was one of the best experiences of our trip! The cruise itself was beautiful and relaxing, but the farm show truly made it unforgettable. The demonstration was fun, engaging, and gave us a real taste of New Zealand farm life — we loved every moment of it. After the show, the afternoon tea was such a treat. There was a lot of variety, from sweet to savoury options, and everything was delicious. The whole experience felt well-organised, enjoyable, and perfect for all ages. Definitely one of the highlights of our Queenstown adventure — highly recommended! 🚢🐑☕✨

Our Onsen Hot Pools experience was absolutely magical — the perfect way to relax and unwind during our New Zealand trip. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. The private cedar hot pool overlooking the mountains and river felt like our own little sanctuary. The water temperature was perfect, the setting was serene, and the whole experience was incredibly soothing. We loved how quiet and intimate it felt — just pure relaxation with stunning views. Amazing tour! Ian was a great tour guide – very knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the entire drive to the ferry. A must-do if you're traveling to Milford Sound. A must try if you are in queenstown. I thought it was nothing special since we have a lot of waterfalls in the PH. But this tour humbled me down since it does not only have a magnifiscent waterfalls, but everything around is very nice. You should try this!
