it was a good experience. Pickup and drop was easy and simple. We got have the entry ticket to ba na hills Just after the booking along with the bus entry ticket too. Bus operators constantly connected with us 2 hr before pickup amd drop. If you're group of 3 or more booking with bus option will be cheaper than Grab to ba na hills. we got lucky as we didn't encountered rain, so it was a good day to visit ba na hills.

one of the best rides at bana hill! highly recommend, we sat 2 rounds even. ticketing was very convenient, just had to scan qr code. you can also purchase the tickets physically there, pricing isn’t very different.

went to the trip on 19july2025, price is affordable with fruits and 1 bottled water. originally we plan to see the dragon bridge to spit fire and water, wrong info given, ended up we missed the show, this is a trip for u to have a better view of all the bridge and nearby han river during nightime. thanks for the dancing show by beautiful vietnamese girl

This was, without a doubt, the best tour experience I have ever had. From start to finish, the entire trip to Ba Na Hills was flawless. I have never encountered a more passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely considerate guide in all my travels. Phong is truly the best! He knows Ba Na Hills inside and out, constantly offering insightful recommendations for food and unique experiences that made our stay truly memorable. What sets Phong apart is his unwavering consistency in ensuring our happiness. For instance, after we finished the buffet lunch, he immediately checked in, asking if the food was good, if we were full, and how we felt about the overall dining experience. Even though the visibility was limited it was an amazing day out, the views of each different area was spectacular. The lay out of the whole place was easy to follow and pretty hard to get lost as you will have a map and just ask the information desk or any worker.

Booked a combo ticket for both entertainment and food, all amenities and facilities, buffet is very satisfactory. Also got a discount when paying on the app. Will buy long-term tickets on Klook.

Our tour guide tony was nice, takes good photos but his microphone was kinda weak, cannot be heard at the back of bus. Hoi an part not much of a tour was like more of a free time no more information on the spots.

We did the Hue City Tour with Tring and it turned out to be one of the best tours we took in Vietnam. Her English is genuinely impressive, and her knowledge of Hue’s history — and Vietnam in general — made every stop feel rich and meaningful. She’s funny, easy to talk to, and had great food recommendations throughout the day. She also doubled as our unofficial photographer and clicked amazing photos of us. On top of that, she shared thoughtful philosophical ideas that added an unexpected depth to the tour. The itinerary was packed in the best way: a dragon-boat ride along the Perfume River, a visit to a Buddhist temple, the Citadel, Dong Ba Market, lunch at an incredible local restaurant (honestly one of the highlights), making mung bean cakes, the incense village, and the tombs of two Vietnamese kings (the 2nd and the 12th). Hue as a city was absolute perfection, and Tring made it even better. Highly recommend.
