One World PJ is one of our favourite hotels, it has always met our expectations whenever we stayed there. The complimentary mini bar is well stock, a pleasant welcome gesture. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The staff from front desk to concierge to housekeeping are wonderful, always courteous, helpful and efficient.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I checked in. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. One of the things I appreciated most — which may seem small to some but meant a lot to me — was the parking rate of RM4 per day throughout my stay, with no additional charges after check-out. That was truly convenient and thoughtful. I have only a minor comment regarding the bathroom in the room. I believe the floor level could be reviewed or adjusted slightly, as water tends to flow out from the toilet area and make the front section wet, especially if used by children. Apart from that, everything else was truly satisfying. Thank you to your team for the warm hospitality and great service.

I stay at Armada Hotel, PJ about once a month for my business trips. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay, good service, and convenient location. The rooms are clean, and the staff are generally helpful. However, one recurring issue needs urgent attention — the bathroom sink is consistently clogged every time I check in. I hope the hotel management can look into this matter and fix the sink clogging issue as soon as possible. It would definitely improve the overall guest experience.

I stayed at Mossaz Mana-Mana Suites KL yesterday and had a generally good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities met my expectations. However, the hotel's location was quite inconvenient—it was difficult to access and not well-connected to nearby attractions or transportation. Additionally, the layout of the place was confusing, making it hard to navigate, especially upon arrival. If you don’t mind being a bit out of the way and can manage with unclear directions, this hotel offers decent comfort. But if location and ease of access are important to you, you might want to consider other options.
