Fantastic 5.0
Neither my friend nor I drive, so we chose this skydiving experience because it was the only one with city pickup. On the day, we went to the meeting point shown on Google Maps based on the provided address (Normanby Road 3006), which led us to a spot in front of a travel agency. However, it was the wrong location. Fortunately, the staff called proactively, and we were able to get on the bus (although they seemed to think we were late, which wasn't the case). The correct meeting point is at the Southbank Tram Depot station, so don't trust Google Maps. The skydiving experience itself was great. The instructors are very experienced, jumping 7-8 times a day. The plane is a bit old, but it doesn't affect the experience. I would recommend purchasing the third-person perspective video when jumping from 15,000 feet. We met at 7:30 AM and were back in the city by around 12:00 PM to be dropped off. Overall, the trip was very cost-effective.

Safety: You can rest assured that all safety measures are strictly enforced to ensure the well-being of every participant. The instructors stay alert throughout the entire process, ready to handle any situation. Instructors: All the instructors are funny and easygoing, creating a relaxed atmosphere. You can fully enjoy your time in the sky knowing they are there to protect you and keep you safe. Experience: This was such a fantastic experience! From the thrill of flying to the breathtaking views, every moment was exhilarating. You'll feel a sense of freedom and excitement like never before—definitely worth !

Big shoutout to Michael who did all the driving and tour guide stuff and prepared breakfast for us. it was no easy task driving and guiding us through locations particularly under the rain and cold. Michael was absolutely the most passionate tour guide! Even spotted wild Koalas and kangaroos!

It was a bang for the buck! Very straightforward itinerary and we were able to go to all of them. Nick, our tour guide, was very nice and gave us a few candies/sweets for the road. Obviously, since it is a tour, expect that time given per location is limited and you need to plan out how to make the best out of the spots to get good photos. The tour was a great experience for me and my mum. I would highly recommend it!

We had a great time in Melbourne specifically on this trip, our guide was awesome— his name was Curtis, although not born in Australia he was really good in sharing informations about the local places and all other things we see during the trip. I liked how he arranged the group well, how he gives out strict instructions in order for everyone to enjoy the tour fully. Overall experience was great and kids really enjoyed their time in Melbourne!

The Great Ocean Road trip provides a great experience. From the pickup at the hotel until the drop-off, the guide was very cooperative and always helpful. The Great Ocean Road was truly very scenic and serene. It was so pleasant that it gives goosebumps when you see the beaches and the farmlands all over the place.

Meeting Go to west travel agency on a long, full-day tour was truly a stroke of luck. (I'm deliberately taking a different tour with a different agency and regretting it immensely.) Having traveled to many countries and participated in numerous tour programs, this one ranks among the very best. (I heard from another traveler that this agency is highly recommended even within Australia.) The kind confirmation and easily understandable English put me at ease from the start. The group size was perfect at around 20 people, the meeting times were intuitively displayed on a whiteboard, there was Wi-Fi on the bus (though it wasn't very reliable), the explanations were concise and easy to understand, the music during transit was fitting, the meal times and tour time allocation were well-managed, and the wildlife spotting was fascinating - it was all perfect. What made this whole experience so satisfying was our guide James A's humor, positive energy, and his wise judgment and leadership. Thank you also to our wonderful driver (with the cute smile) who meticulously looked for and avoided animals and ensured we arrived safely late at night. I am truly grateful to those who made my precious day so wonderful.

we had an amazing day tour with William as our guide! Everything was well organised and ran smoothly. Loved the stops at Puffing Billy, the Chocolate Factory, Yarra Valley winery, Maru Koala Park, and finishing with the Penguin Parade. Excellent Great Ocean Road tour experience. The driver was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making the journey safe and enjoyable. Time management was spot on — every stop was well-planned with no rushing and no wasted time. Food arrangements were good and convenient, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day. The stop locations were perfectly chosen, giving enough time to take photos, explore, and truly appreciate the scenery. Overall, a well-organized, smooth, and high-quality tour. Highly recommended.
