Rino was great!! A very dynamic and fun guide 😁 The museum visit is very overwhelming because the place is very small and you can't properly observe the photo and object exhibit on the upper floor. They should have a lower capacity of people at a time so it can be appreciated. The rest of the tour was very good.

Glad we booked this tour, it was totally worth it getting a dive in on the history of Hiroshima. Afterwards, we took a boat going to Miyajima Island. We get to experience roaming around with the deers, eat delicious oyster and visit the shrine. This was possible with our amazing tour guide Kane and our driver Masa. Kane was very organized and gave us ample time in each spot which didn’t feel rushed and very knowledgeable which made our experience the best ever. At the end of the trip, Masa san gave us folded paper cranes which was super sweet and cute souvenir to bring home. 💯

This was an excellent tour for our family (inc 2 x young teens), with our guide, Matsuko, providing excellent information and tailored content suitable for the variety of ages and nationalities on the tour. All locations included time for both guided and independent exploring. Pre-tour communication was excellent, and all instructions easy to navigate and understand. Would highly recommended, especially for the time exploring Miyajima Island.

we had a fantastic time on this tour to see Miyajima Island and Hiroshima. Astrid our guide shared lots of great information about everything to make us appreciate everything more. Both Astrid and Ito-san our driver were very friendly and cheerful. Highly recommended and enjoyable.

Masa, our guide met me at the hotel and off I went on the most informative, accessible and interesting tour of my whole trip. The guide was exceptional, she covered all my questions and shared some local insights. The 4 hours fly by in the blink of an eye. this was a most interesting tour covering the horrific events of August 1945 and also seeing the Castle and finishing up in the beautiful japanese garden. if you only have time for one tour in hiroshima, make it this one. you cannot go wrong. I highly recommend this tour Thanks Masa

Kaori tailored the day around our needs and still managed to squeeze in more than we'd thought possible. My Husband and I booked this tour as part of our Honeymoon. I am so glad we booked the Private Tour for Hiroshima. Our guide was Aya and we could not have asked for anyone better. She reached out to us once we booked to confirm details and check if there was any sights we were particularly interested in, as well as any dietary requirements. We were happy to take any of Aya’s recommendations for our day tour. From the moment we met her, we could feel her warmth and kindess and we knew we were going to have a great day. It was so special to have a tour with someone born, raised and still living in Hiroshima. Aya was very knowledgeable and always checking in on how we were throughout the day. There is a lot of walking, but it was made easier with Aya poining out lots of interesting facts along the way. She also took us around some spots on Miyajima Island that were less crowded, without missing any of the highlights. I cannot recommend this private tour enough.

My partner and I really enjoyed this tour. we met some lovely people from around the world, ate a delicious authentic lunch and received 5 star treatment from our tour guide Tom. Tom spoke good English, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful- we could not have asked for a better tour guide. our overall experience with this trip was outstanding.
