Our driver Leon was excellent at picking us up from our hotel and setting us up for our boat tour. Leon went above and beyond by taking pics of our boat from the shore as we took off. The tour including watching Eagle feeding, fireflies that looked like Christmas lights and blue bioluminescence in the water. The boat tour provided fishing net sticks to stir the water to see the blue tears.

Thank you to our guide and driver, Liu Hua, for taking us on a day trip. The service was really great, and he was very kind. He also introduced us to many things, allowing us to better understand the country of Malaysia. We went to the Sky Mirror and saw blue tears, fireflies, macaques, silver leaf monkeys, and eagles. In the middle of the trip, he also took us to experience a massage and recommended local delicacies to us. We were really, really satisfied and grateful for the driver's warm hospitality, which allowed us to learn a lot and made us very happy. The people we met today were very nice and kind. Thanks again to driver Liu Hua for letting the two of us see and feel the many facets of Malaysia. I hope to see you again next time. Thank you for being our guide in Malaysia.

Itinerary: I'm extremely satisfied with the itinerary! The original plan was to depart at 5 AM for Sky Mirror. After Sky Mirror, there would be about 8 hours of free time before the next activity. We could either return to the hotel or explore nearby areas. However, since we were tired from waking up so early, we asked to go back to the hotel to rest and have lunch. When Ken learned about our lunch plans, he recommended ICC PUDU and drove us there! He even proactively introduced us to several of his favorite food stalls. I must say, Ken truly lives up to being a foodie expert. The food he recommended was delicious, especially the curry laksa, which was heavenly! After lunch, my travel companions wanted to buy chocolates as souvenirs. Ken even proactively recommended a famous chocolate souvenir shop, the service was top-notch! Around 4 PM, we set off to feed the eagles, watch fireflies, and see blue tears. Since there was some time before the eagle feeding, Ken took us to Monkey Hill nearby to see the monkeys 🐒. This was also an extra activity, and it's not available on holidays. Before heading out to feed the eagles, watch fireflies, and see blue tears, Ken thoughtfully reminded us that there would be a lot of mosquitoes and taught us how to spray mosquito repellent most effectively to prevent mosquito bites. In the end, we really didn't get bitten at all!🤣🤣 Ken also told us the best viewing spots on the boat, ensuring we could enjoy the best views of the eagles, fireflies, and blue tears. The whole experience was fantastic! Other: Sky Mirror requires an iPhone to capture the best photos. Since the water level is about knee-deep when it hasn't receded, it's recommended to wear swimwear/shorts/skirts. However, long pants are best for the evening, and since it can be a bit cool, it's recommended to bring a jacket.

The driver and guide were very kind and pleasant. They explained things in easy-to-understand English and took great care to ensure our comfort. There were two changes to the departure time, but they contacted us repeatedly to confirm, which made us feel secure. We're glad we opted for the private tour.

I highly recommend booking this tour. The guidelines state that hotel pick-up is only available within a specific area, but the driver we had was kind enough to pick us up directly from the Renaissance Hotel (possibly because we were the only group with their company that day). As for the Sky Mirror environment, it's basically a sandbar in the middle of the sea, so to capture a clear reflection without ripples, you need to lie on the sand to take photos. However, the photographer we had might have been a bit young and inexperienced, and he was late in deciding when to flatten the sand, resulting in a rushed photoshoot. Some of the props weren't used, which was a bit of a shame. They will contact you via WhatsApp before departure, so please make sure you have it ready. The company provides a bottle of water and a small bun to eat before departure, and the captain even surprised us with a sea drift on the way back.

We were a couple on vacation, and that day it was just us, Mr. Chen, and his intern. When we got into the car, Mr. Chen immediately made sure to clearly hang his ID badge in the car, which made us feel safe and that he was very professional from the start. This Kuala Selangor trip was very smooth, and the overall experience was very enjoyable! Our guide, Mr. Chen, is really great, kind, patient, and very attentive to the travelers. From pick-up to the activities, he was very thoughtful, making us feel very secure. The eagle feeding and firefly watching were both wonderful. Mr. Chen even helped us catch fireflies and put them on our palms. This trip was both memorable and special, and the timing was very well managed, without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a relaxing and fulfilling trip, highly recommended, and we are very grateful to Mr. Chen and his intern for their dedicated service.
