Amazing experience! Friendly, hospitable staff. Clean room with great amenities. Kinosaki itself is an incredible place. I wish we had spent more than a day there. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful experience, so much interesting food and the staff were incredibly gracious. Sitting watching the fish jump just relaxing was lovely.

The hotel located relatively far from the station but the distant is acceptable .
it's really enjoyable walking around the hotel nearby as i went there just when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom.
