Very impressive. Can view the Mt Fuji directly with a lounge and Kawaguchiko. Service is on top as well so highly recommend.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can see Mount Fuji from the window. It's near the Kawaguchiko scenic area, making it a relaxing place for a vacation. However, the room amenities only include a toothbrush and toothpaste, and there isn't even bottled water. I feel this aspect makes the value for money (CP ratio) low for the price.

Cleanliness: Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with a cozy layout.
Service: Upon arriving at the hotel by car, staff greeted us at the entrance and assisted us all the way until we entered our room. The service was extremely attentive.
Convenience of transportation: Excellent location, with a view of Mount Fuji from every room. The hot spring bath offers a fantastic view 👍

Transportation Convenience: There's a hotel shuttle bus to and from Lake Kawaguchiko, and the staff are very thoughtful in helping with luggage. Breakfast: You can choose between Japanese and Western breakfast, and you're free to go between buildings A and B. Service: There's self-service luggage storage on the first floor, so you don't need to communicate with staff, which is perfect for introverts and very convenient.

The view of Mount Fuji was absolutely breathtaking! 🗻✨ The location was perfect, and the beautiful scenery made our stay even more special. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Mt. Fuji area. I would love to come back again! ❤️

An absolutely fantastic stay! We had a room with a view of Mt. Fuji and were lucky enough to see the mountain peak perfectly. The hotel's location is simply the best: right on the lake, with Oishi Park directly in front, and the affordable but highly recommended Gem Museum right next door. We did a lot of walking around the lake—the location is ideal for that. The staff are super nice, and the free hotel shuttle is a great service. The Japanese-style rooms are very spacious. While they are a bit older, they are absolutely clean, practical, and the price is unbeatable. The onsen was also a pure blessing after our long walks. If you don't need luxury but are looking for a great view and excellent value for money, I can highly recommend this hotel!

Upon arriving at Lake Kawaguchiko, we contacted the hotel through the Information Center, and they promptly sent a car to pick us up, which was very convenient. Once we entered our room, we could see Mount Fuji, just like in the pictures, which was truly exciting. When we checked out the next day, the staff enthusiastically asked about our plans for the day and even offered us discount coupons. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel.

Hotel is in a beautiful spot - 10 mins from fijikowaguchiko station. Staff welcoming, helpful and very friendly. do yourself a favour book the Fuji mountain view if you can - we were lucky enough to see mt Fuji from our balcony - truely beautiful. Hotel is dated but still works and looks ok. Facilities were very good within the hotel and their free shuttle bus is a great bonus as well. Overall a very very good hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

beautiful hotel with Mt. Fuji view! room was perfect for a family of 4. breakfast was good with a view. staff were friendly and accommodating. hotel had ebikes for rent which we availed on our firsy day. bed and toilet was great too! definitely recommended!👍👍👍
