It was really a great adventure trip! I really enjoyed the trip with a private driver. And the driver Mr Nhân are really profesional and very kind.
At first, I was worry because the driver only spoke Vietnamese, but we managed to communicate quite well using a translator. So, I think everything went smoothly. The driver also bring us to a local restaurant with nice food. So we dont need to worry about our food. We order a private driver because we want to experience staying at ma pi leng ecolodge, and i think it was a perfect decision.
The view was great!!! Our fav was Nho Que river boat. The river reminds me of switzerland. This was an experience i would recommend to anybody!

This trip were amazing! our guides was very professional and drove very comfortable and safe. the overnight hostels were clean and we often got or own rooms! and the food were some of the best I had eaten while traveling in Vietnam! I recommend this to everyone, a uniq experience!

The guides here are very kind. They actively take you around. And the food is good. We've been eating mostly the same menu, but it seems like this food set is for welcoming guests in this area. I came with my friends and we are very satisfied. My friends don't like to play noisy games, so we stayed quiet, but there is a system in the tour and at the accommodation where you can play, so people who like to play will like it even more haha. Anyway, I had a great time.

My third trip to Vietnam after Ha Long Bay, Sapa, and Ninh Binh (Ha Giang, Cao Bang).. Sitting behind a racer-level tour guide, the natural scenery seen while passing through Ha Giang, Quan Ba, Yen Minh, Meo Vac, Bao Lac, Cao Bang, etc. (this is why I'm traveling in the Northeast) was very good. As a 59-year-old Korean traveling alone without knowing English or Vietnamese, I had a safe, pleasant, and luxurious trip thanks to the consideration and care of the travel agency, tour guide, driver, and other staff. I was able to relax comfortably because I was assigned the best private room even though I was using the accommodation alone. I'm planning my fourth trip to Vietnam next year to "Hoang Su Phi", and I would like to request many tour programs. "Tôi yêu Việt Nam"

Small group, quiet and peaceful. The drivers were very nice too, and the hotels were comfy. I would have liked more hiking opportunities, but overall it was nice.

First of all, the Jeep was not the one used during the Vietnam War. It was a Jeep Wrangler, and during the tour with a driver for 5 people, we opened the rooftop and went up on top everywhere except in the city center, so the middle seat wasn't that uncomfortable. The town of Ha Giang is really beautiful. I would definitely recommend going there at least once, and if you're a bit older, I wouldn't recommend a motorcycle. You're driving all day long, and most people look exhausted by the third day. The guide was zaj, and he's a really hard worker. One of our group members had a birthday, and when I asked him to get a cake in the morning, he bought it. Thanks to him, we finished our enjoyable trip well.
