Bus operator collected us from our accommodation and brought us right to the departing bus. Seats were comfortable, and the rest stop came just at the right time! Communication by operator was via WhatsApp, and was very good. Would travel with again 😊

We met at the operators main office in the old quarter, and were walked to the collection point for the bus. Seats were comfortable. please note the drop off in Ha Giang is at the big intersection (coordinates 22.8024070, 104.9790443) so you will need to get a taxi from there to your accommodation (note there is no grab in Ha Giang)

Delayed. Arrived approximately 20 minutes late. Packages were unloaded along the way, and the entire trip took 6 hours and 30 minutes. It's difficult to sleep. Stopped frequently.
