This stay truly exceeded my expectations and provided a very pleasant accommodation experience! Firstly, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, with easy access to transportation, nearby attractions, and a wide variety of restaurant choices, which is a major plus for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel exterior is impressive, and the interior environment is clean and elegant. As soon as you step into the lobby, you can feel the quality and comfort. The service staff, Jia-Ru Pan, was very friendly and professional, providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, which made me feel valued. The room was spacious and bright, with impeccable cleanliness, a soft and comfortable bed, and complete amenities, with great attention to detail. The breakfast was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The restaurant environment was comfortable, and the service was very attentive, putting me in a good mood to start the day. The hotel's facilities are also complete, including a well-maintained gym, swimming pool, and spa, which made me feel very secure and relaxed while using them. Overall, the Fullon Hotel deserves praise for both its hardware facilities and service quality. It is a quality hotel that I would visit again and recommend to friends. The environment is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. When we needed an extra blanket, it was delivered immediately. My family and I thought the facilities at LOHO House were excellent! It's a pity that the gym equipment is old, possibly because it hasn't been updated due to low usage.

Having stayed at various branches of Kindness Hotel multiple times, the Hualien branch is relatively large-scale, with many rooms and spacious areas. The environment is clean, tidy, and comfortable. You can see employees mopping the floors and wiping the tables early in the morning, not being careless at all. No wonder there are so many guests staying here. The midnight snacks are diverse and comparable to a regular meal, allowing guests to eat their fill. The breakfast is even more abundant, with spicy wontons, Taiwanese meatball, shumai, fried dumplings, Cantonese congee... many varieties. It's worth mentioning that the longan glutinous rice porridge is excellent! It's the top choice for travelers to stay. Thumbs up! 👍

This was my first time using Klook to find accommodations, and I didn't expect to find such an affordable hotel! Besides the cheap price, the service and accommodation space were almost like a three-star hotel or better. Such a great price even includes breakfast. The hotel location is also very central, making it suitable for a deep dive into Hualien. In addition, there is a parking lot. I will definitely come again next time.

Everything was great, but the restaurant seating and shuttle bus procedures were confusing. To save the staff time, they prefer to have a group of customers wait at the entrance. Even though the shuttle bus arrived 15 minutes before departure, customers were told to come back in 10 minutes to get a queue number.

Overall, a very good experience. The booking process was simple and the instructions for use were clear. On-site redemption/entry was smooth, the staff were friendly, the itinerary was well-organized, and the price was reasonable. I would use Klook again to book other activities.

Very satisfied with the point-to-point transfer service. The family activities were pretty good. I really liked the free boiled eggs and water bamboo shoots with special pepper salt near the hotel; I couldn't get enough. In addition, I won both big and small prizes in the evening lottery, which brought unexpected surprises to this trip! ❤️

The hotel and restaurant services were excellent. The room view was amazing. The beach yoga experience was wonderful. Room cleanliness needs improvement. The pool tiles are falling off quite noticeably. They used to have Chia Hsin lemon juice in the fridge, but not anymore. The large lawn has many games for kids to play, such as ball games and archery.
