Hotels in Xiamen

The hotel service was extremely good. The hotel itself is entirely non-smoking, but some guests still don't follow the rules. When I checked in on the 16th, the room didn't smell, but when I fell asleep, I smelled a strong smell of smoke. I couldn't sleep at all and couldn't stand it at 2:00 AM. I told the front desk and they immediately helped me change floors. The service from Lin Chih-Ting and Xiao Huang at the front desk when I checked out on the morning of the 18th was also very good. The hotel's overall cost performance is very high, and I will stay here again when I come to Xiamen in the future.

Thank you to Ricky at the front desk for working hard to help me contact the platform to find my backpack. Despite being busy, he diligently contacted the driver who wasn't answering the phone, and I was very happy to have it recovered. He was always very kind and welcoming to us, which felt great and very professional! Thank you for arranging the decorated room for my husband's birthday, and for the birthday cake 🎂. Thank you! 🙏

A very spacious and clean hotel room. The large window view of the Quay and Gulangyu is stunning. The design of the room is very functionable. Room service was good, such as 4 bottles of mineral water were served daily. The delivery collection point is at the basement, convenient for collecting deliveries. The location is good as we can slowly walk to Zhongshan Road in 15 min.

Hilton Xiamen enjoys a prime location in the Siming District, close to shopping malls, business centers, and public transportation. It’s convenient for both business travelers and tourists

We just stayed at Waldorf Astoria Xiamen and the service was out of this world! The staff were so nice and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They really think of everything!
