This is my favorite campsite; I've stayed here 4 times. The environment is clean and tidy, the campsites are spacious, and the prices are very affordable. The scenery is beautiful, and many pieces of equipment are available for rent, which is very convenient. Plus, the RVs are incredibly convenient and clean, and they come with complete facilities.

We traveled on the day Super Typhoon Bavi was affecting Taiwan, so we were very grateful that our Taiwan High Speed Rail trip still operated safely and wasn't canceled. It gave us peace of mind and allowed us to continue our travel plans without major disruptions. Booking through Klook was seamless, and redeeming our tickets was quick and easy. The train was clean, comfortable, spacious, and departed on time despite the weather. The stations were well organized with clear signs, making it easy for first-time visitors like us to navigate. Traveling from Taipei to Kaohsiung was smooth, fast, and stress-free. We're truly thankful to the THSR team for their professionalism and commitment to passenger safety. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taiwan!

very easy to book, bus brings you direct to airport from Hsinchu Bus station, available every hour. only 1 luggage allowed per person. we had to pay additional NT$200 for 2 extra cabin bags.

I highly recommend Driver Chen! He took our family to Miaoli today and we had a wonderful time. The driver was very punctual and polite, and incredibly hospitable throughout the trip. He proactively shared a lot of local history, culture, and information about other attractions in Miaoli, which greatly enriched our experience. The best part was the flexible itinerary, which he adjusted according to our needs. His driving skills also made us feel very safe. It was truly a fantastic private car charter experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Honestly, the price of this place, combined with the convenience and value for money offered through the Klook platform, is great! [Pre-booking: 1/5] The system management and customer service communication experience were extremely poor. After making the bank transfer, I replied with the last five digits of my account as required, but still received a system message stating, "Your reservation will be canceled if payment is not received." When I proactively reached out, the customer service representative not only failed to actively investigate but also shirked responsibility, even fabricating illogical technical excuses like "you didn't receive subsequent messages because a previous message was canceled." Even if I didn't receive it, couldn't they have called me? I even called the main store myself, and they said they would confirm and get back to me, but they never did. Instead, they kept sending payment reminder messages. In the end, they didn't even apologize. Their handling of the situation was infuriating and disrespectful. If I hadn't already paid the deposit, I would have definitely asked for a refund and not gone! [On-site Experience: 4/5] The overall experience was smooth. Although the instructors were a bit aloof, it was generally okay. However, if a movement wasn't done correctly, they only gave verbal reminders and didn't offer immediate assistance, so I wasn't sure who they were talking to. In fact, another group of customers helped me. The crafting process was fun and simple, and there were even snacks provided afterward. The indoor area had a lot of dust, which allergy sufferers should be aware of. [After-sales Service: 5/5] Later, I discovered that due to the ring's design, the finished ring size would be a bit large. It could be resized for free within 7 days, and the on-site staff were professional and friendly.

Great experience, it's best for exploring new things. The instructor is well accommodated. The ambience is relaxing, no rush and pressure.
