seamless check-in. although my yaya was somehow harrassed in the elevator (kindly check the CCTV last May 2 around 11am from G to 8F) by this strange old man in 50s (he joined us in the elevator when we went from 8th flr to pool) between 9-10am, we chose not to report it because there was no “serious” harm done with the quick thinking of my yaya (she’s a short woman with blue bathing suit and she was with my 5yr old daughter in pink rashguard). My suggestion though is may be add some personnel per floor for emergencies like this. other than that, we appreciate the stay 🫶🏻 thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
