seamless check-in. although my yaya was somehow harrassed in the elevator (kindly check the CCTV last May 2 around 11am from G to 8F) by this strange old man in 50s (he joined us in the elevator when we went from 8th flr to pool) between 9-10am, we chose not to report it because there was no “serious” harm done with the quick thinking of my yaya (she’s a short woman with blue bathing suit and she was with my 5yr old daughter in pink rashguard). My suggestion though is may be add some personnel per floor for emergencies like this. other than that, we appreciate the stay 🫶🏻 thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and great value. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Good morning,
I had a good experience with my room accommodation at Winzelle Suite. The location is very convenient, as it is only about a one-minute walk from my workplace. The room is also clean and well-maintained.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful.

The location is great and accessible to everything. The staff are kind. The place is clean, but the shower wasn't working. They transferred us to another room, but there was no light there.
