Great 4.0
Overall, it's very convenient. While it's a bit of a distance from the station, it's not inconvenient to pull luggage. Be careful if you need to store luggage; there are very few and small spaces, and anything over 26 inches won't fit. Early check-in with luggage storage costs 50 Swiss Francs. Nice hotel and everything went very well! The only minor drawback was the heat; a fan in the room would have been appreciated. Other than that, no complaints, I recommend it!

You can use the vouchers you purchased right away. I've already used them, and there were no issues at all. You can simply show the vouchers to the train staff, ticket agents, or museum staff. It's very easy! Our only job is to make sure we get on the correct train class. 😃

a better option and more pocket friendly than the STP, especially if combined with other tickets like the gonegrat bahn zermatt or jungfrau travel pass. cannot recommend enough as travelling in swiss alone is $$$. easy to use and if conducter comes to check, just present the QR code that is provided once this ticket is purchased. thanks Klook for this offer!

Fantastic 5.0
Our departure was Zurich and took us 2hrs to get to the destination. We went to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Interlaken. This tour is ideal for active people, who walks a lot. The tour would need you to walk on inclined paths. Not ideal for people with difficulty in walking. We did the cliff walk at Grindelwald First(an option with additional fee of 70 CHF per person), however there were fog and the mountains were not visible. Ideal for a day trip/short trip to Switzerland but still want to see/experience the beauty of the mountains and make the most out of their Switzerland trip. Overall, our tour was very nice, peaceful and refreshing. Our guide is very patient and really explained clearly the areas while our driver really took care of us and drove safely. It was a good experience and I would recommend this to young people who are up for adventure.

What to know before visiting Zurich

Snapshot of Zurich and what travellers book

Zurich attracts visitors who book mostly day tours, museum visits and a smaller share of cruises, with demand concentrated in certain months of the year. Klook booking patterns show a strong high-season rhythm, and the city’s activity mix suits culture-seekers and short guided excursions.

Best times to visit and how prices move

Klook demand peaks in August while demand is at its lowest in February; other busy months include July and September. Prices on Klook drift down through the first half of the year and are typically lowest in June, while the priciest month in the dataset is January. For lower prices and smaller crowds, aim for June or the shoulder months when both demand and prices are reduced; for peak-season atmosphere and the fullest programme of tours, choose August when demand is highest. Note that demand and prices do not move in lockstep here: the busiest month (August) is not the priciest, and the calendar’s most expensive month falls in winter.

Tips for travellers from Hong Kong

Most travellers book around a week ahead on Klook, so you can be flexible if you have a short trip but it helps to plan for peak months like August. Browse and reserve your museum tickets and popular day tours a few days to a couple of weeks in advance to secure preferred times and options.
