• Children aged 0-10 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Children aged 10-15 can travel alone, with a declaration of consent by their legal guardians
• Participants aged 0-14 are considered as children, based on their official ID
• Children aged 15+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Participants must be aged under 100 to take part in this activity

Technical requirements for wheelchairs

• To meet the requirements of DIN EN 12183 or DIN EN 12184 as a passenger seat
• Use a restraint system compliant with DIN 75078-2
• Maximum permitted dimensions: Width of 70 cm x Length of 120 cm
• Maximum permitted weight (Including occupant) 300 kg

Travel information for passengers with reduced mobility

• Passengers who can use a standard seat and board/alight the bus independently or with assistance from a travelling companion may travel on any service without prior notification
• If you plan to bring mobility aids, such as a wheelchair (to be stored in the luggage compartment), walking aids, or other orthopaedic equipment, please notify the operator at least 36 hours before departure to allow the necessary arrangements to be made
• If passengers wish to travel while remaining seated in the wheelchair, please contact the operator's customer service at least 7 days before departure to allow the necessary checks and arrangements to be made
• Reservation for a child passenger with reduced mobility who requires a companion: Please contact the customer service team at least 1 week before your planned departure date

Luggage information

• Valuables should be carried with you in your small cabin bag (For safety reasons, this must be stowed underneath your seat or in the overhead compartment above your seat)
• The checked bag is to be stowed in the luggage compartment before onboarding the bus, it is recommended to label your bag with your name, address & telephone number (The bus driver will assist is this)

• Pets are prohibited, with the exception of service dogs with valid identification (Please present a valid official certification upon arrival)
