Kobe Day trips

Had an absolutely delightful day with our guide, Harry! the day does kick off nice and early but we were greeted by some wonderful snow upon our arrival in Himeji! Harry was so filled with knowledge and stores about the castles purpose, and was sure to tell us all about the different legends surrounding it. The view from the top is incredible as well! just make sure your calves are ready for some steep stairs 😂 Upon his suggestion, I also checked out the beautiful gardens next to the castle grounds, and they certainly did not disappoint. The lunch set was also absolutely delicious! Arima onsen town is also beautiful - and if public baths aren’t your thing, there are plenty of shops and little eateries for you to indulge in! the view from Mt Rokko was also a sight to behold! would definitely recommend this tour! the sights were wonderful! thank you again Harry!!

Both our kids were really looking forward to Mount Rokko Snow Park, and it didn't disappoint—especially for our 9-year-old. We wanted to try skiing, but the lessons fill up quickly (I believe there are only two slots a day). Instead, we spent our time sledding down the hill—the sled rentals were included in this tour, by the way—and building a snowman. Even with just those activities, the time flew by and the kids had loads of fun. We visited Nara Park afterward. Although it was our second time there, we got to explore a different part of the park than before, so it was a fresh experience for us. It was great seeing the shrines and feeding the deer again.

Yuri was such a great guide! She makes you feel at ease in bus full of strangers. Tour started and ended on time! I love that she sends personnal dinner recommendations too! My son especially enjoyed the DIY Ramen... The entire tour was not rushed and we had ample time to explore...

this is the very first time that we booked this kind of service. this is aint cheap but worth the money. the driver is professional and on time. he picked us up from our hotel and drop us again in the same location in the evening. the vehicle is clean and comfortable. we communicated to the driver via viber. we really enjoyed this day in Kyoto and Nara. i will booked this again the next time I have guests who wanted to visit Kansai.

Amazing experience! The Kobe Port Ferris Wheel Hot Spring Night View Day Tour was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Mathew, was exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, took great care of the group, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience at Rokko Mountain and Arima Onsen, made even more special thanks to our tour guide, Richard. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely mindful of our needs throughout the trip. We would also like to commend our driver, who was equally excellent—very careful with driving and ensuring our safety at all times. Thank you to our tour guide, Xiao Qin, for the attentive and polite service. A big thumbs up to you! Regarding the itinerary, there were too many people on the holiday, and traffic jams caused us to have less time at the outlet. Also, it's a bit of a shame we didn't get to soak in the hot springs. Mount Rokko was too cold; the company should remind everyone to bring a thick jacket. Thank you for the company's arrangements.

A fun-filled trip featuring a wide buffet spread with free-flow snow crabs, followed by fresh strawberries picked straight from the farm and enjoyed on the spot, ending the day with a relaxing shopping stop that rounded everything off perfectly.

The meeting point hosts multiple tour groups, so you need to look around to find the right one. The location is convenient to get to, and it's efficient without transfers. The tour guide is also enthusiastic and helpful. However, some tour members were late for the return meeting time, causing delays. But the kids had fun, so it was worth it. The snow is artificial and hard, and there wasn't much snow (artificial snow) when we came.
