Fantastic 5.0
The operator was incredibly attentive and always responded super fast! They were so helpful—when we got a bit lost at the drop-off point, they kept updating us and made sure we were okay. Their English is excellent, which is a huge help in China, and they even gave us great tips for the best views on deck. We loved our cruise experience so much that we upgraded to the VIP view deck for an extra 100 RMB and it was absolutely worth it! It came with free tea and biscuits, plus exclusive seating and an amazing view. Thank you so much for making our Huangpu cruise so memorable!

this was a nice cruise with buffet. Shiliupu Wharf no. 3 or Quay no. 3 is a 30-45 minute walk from Nanjing Pedestrian Street or The Bund. so if to be on time for 5pm entrance start early walking. there are a lot to see on the way and can get distracted. The hairy crab was served towards the end of the buffet individually, it was a meaty treat.

The tour guide was great! The itinerary was smooth, and the meals were excellent! However, regarding the river cruise, I believe the amount we paid should have included reserved seating in a scenic area, rather than standing and walking for an hour!

Fantastic 5.0
First, it's written that this tour includes a driver, but there was neither a driver nor a car. All transportation was by taxi, and the taxi fare was at my own expense. However, I was satisfied with the guide! They took me wherever I wanted to go and were a great help, and I really enjoyed it! They taught me various things, such as how to arrange taxis, set up Alipay, call DiDi taxis, buy tickets, and order food at restaurants. Since English wasn't really spoken in Shanghai, I felt very secure being guided by someone who understood Japanese on my first visit to Shanghai. I stayed at the Disneyland Hotel, but even there, there were very few staff who understood English, so I thought it would be better to go with a Japanese-speaking guide when visiting for the first time. I have no complaints about the guide, but I received a message from Klook the day before saying, "Please give 300 yuan to the guide," which meant I had to exchange money at the hotel. It was a bit of a shock to be told that so suddenly, and I was surprised that the pick-up fee was 300 yuan (6000 yen) when I thought it was 300 yen. If that was the case, it would have been better to go to a hotel in the city on our own. It would have only cost about 50 yuan (1000 yen) if we had gone ourselves. Please be careful about yuan and yen when applying!

Worth the price. They have free shuttle service so you don’t have to worry when you go to the airport, Disneyland and The Bund. There is also nearby metro station, around 5-10 minutes walk.

Fantastic 5.0
This was my first trip to Shanghai Disney, and also my first time staying at the Land Hotel! After arriving at the airport, I took a taxi to the hotel. Upon arrival, the bell staff greeted me with smiles, helped with my luggage, and provided guidance. I felt very relieved! The front desk staff also used a translator to explain everything in Japanese and were very helpful! The hotel lobby and amenities were decorated for Halloween, so it was continuous cuteness✨ On the morning of my final day, I had breakfast at the hotel. It was visually appealing and delicious, so I was very satisfied. Mickey & Minnie greeted me with high-fives and we took pictures together, which was so relaxing. I would love to stay here again when I visit Shanghai!

This was my first time staying at a hotel in China, specifically in Shanghai, and I was very impressed. They allowed me to check in early at 8 AM, even though the actual check-in time is 2 PM. Amazing, they really went above and beyond! I almost wanted to wai (Thai greeting) them. Hotel location: 5/5

Grand central hotel was just situated 1 min away from the famous nanjing walking street. there is a Lawson opposite the hotel as well. Do note that during winter/cold weather, they will not turn on the central air con and might have issue sleeping.
