The afternoon tea here isn't the tiered tray kind; instead, they use a food cart, allowing guests to select items to place on their plates. It includes a drink; you can choose tea (there are 12 kinds) or coffee. Finally, they also give a Nespresso gift and voucher. At 5 p.m., the hotel traditionally opens a bottle of champagne with a saber. After the ceremony, each guest receives a glass of champagne. Overall, the feeling is good, comfortable, and relaxing. Purchasing the afternoon tea through Klook includes the service charge, which is great!

I booked this to celebrate a friend's birthday, and as it happened, it coincided with The Drawing Room x Sulwhasoo - The Ultimate Moonlit Afternoon Tea. Since it was my friend's first time having tea here, we ordered all 8 savory items and all 8 sweet items (each person can freely choose 8 items). Additionally, each person can choose their own tea from a wide variety of flavors, and someone even goes around to introduce each one to you. The hotel staff were very attentive, proactively coming over to refill our water when they saw we were running low. Furthermore, when I saw on Klook that there were only two time slots available, I emailed the hotel in advance to ask if we could move it to a later time, but I was worried the package might sell out, so I placed the order first. To my surprise, they replied very quickly and even called to follow up. Learning that we were celebrating a birthday, they offered to have the patisserie add a birthday chocolate plaque for us. The whole process felt very satisfying, and my friend also said that the staff here are very attentive and the seating is very comfortable. But what I least expected—even though I've been here 2 or 3 times myself and didn't know about it—was that there is a champagne opening ceremony at 5 PM, which was a wonderful surprise! They even poured a glass for each of us, putting a perfect end to the birthday tea for my friend and me. I would definitely want to come back next time! Highly recommended!
