The department is a small shop and can accommodate up to 3 people, so the environment is very quiet, and there are two independent shampoo rooms with high privacy. The whole process was 1-on-1. The proprietress who helped Mummy with the treatment was very acquainted with the elders. Mummy was very happy, and my master was very professional, and the intensity and rhythm of the massage were well controlled. What amazes me the most is that I have no hair cut. My hair is thick and heavy. After the treatment, I feel that my hair is so light! ? Plus another advantage, there is no sell any course of treatment in the whole process

Scheduling a date and time through WhatsApp was quick and easy. Alex started us off with some information about the treatment options while Wendy was finishing up with another client. Once she was finished, she took care of me while Alex took care of my husband. Seeing our scalp close up helped us understand what we needed to improve in our hair care routine. They were both easy-going and communicated well in both Cantonese and English. The treatment itself was very relaxing and we had a great overall experience!

My sister and I did the Uka and my mother did the Viege. This was our first time doing a scalp treatment and we had THE BEST time! This was such an amazing experience and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going! Next time we are in Hong Kong, we will definitely be taking another trip here.
