How to use:
- Select your delivery route, date, and time to make a reservation for a hands-free travel experience.
- You will receive an Order No. via email from LuggAgent within 24 hours.
- To ensure the service works smoothly, please add LuggAgent on social (LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram...). Information will also be in your confirmation email.
Service Process:
- Airport to Hotel: Send out luggage at the airport from 9 AM to 6 PM. Retrieve luggage at the hotel before 9 PM, same day.
- Hotel to Hotel: Store luggage at the hotel before 11 AM. Retrieve luggage at the hotel before 9 PM, same day.
- Hotel to Airport: Store luggage at the hotel before 11 AM. Retrieve luggage at the airport from 3 PM to 9 PM, same day.
Luggage Guideline:
- Each bag must weigh 32kg (71lbs) or less.
- Each bag’s total length + width must not exceed 180cm (32 inches max per side).
- We accept suitcases, cartons, backpacks, strollers, and briefcases.
- Please ensure your booked luggage quantity matches your actual luggage. Extra luggage may be refused, and any loss will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If your luggage exceeds the limits at check-in, we may refuse it or charge an extra handling fee: $15 per bag for overweight/oversized luggage

- For luggage delivery to and from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- Please hand-carry your passport, flight documents, and other important personal items.
- For luggage delivery from the hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge.
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur.
- Check your luggage upon retrieval. If there’s an issue, take a photo and contact customer service. Once received, the service is complete, and the operator is not responsible.
- Luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations, or airfare costs.
- Present your passport or photo ID to retrieve your luggage.
- For luggage deliveries to/from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage deliveries to/from hotels, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
- For luggage deliveries from hotels, the drop-off time is not the time when the driver collects your luggage, so you can just leave the hotel after taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt
- For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on-site-

Luggage delivery service from Hong Kong Airport to your hotel It is a very good service, convenient, fast, and makes traveling smooth. No need to wait to find a luggage locker. Employees communicate periodically Tell where you have arrived, where you are waiting, and take pictures and send them to me when the luggage is delivered to the hotel.
We booked the luggage transport service because we were scheduled to go to Disneyland right after landing. the whole booking experience was seamless and made our trip more convenient instead of dropping our bags first at the hotel, I was even able to revise the pick up time of our luggages through email. they were very responsive with all my concerns. on the day of our scheduled booking, i received an email that the point person who will pick up our luggages was already at the meeting point earlier than my revised booking. when we got back to our hotel, our luggages were already waiting for us. best decision for us as it helped us maximize our time at disneyland.
SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! For my last day in HK, my flight leaves at 10pm. So sayang naman time and money kung babalikan ko pa luggages sa hotel before going to the airport. After arriving in Hong Kong, I went straight to Disneyland. Although I was able to store my suitcase inside Disneyland, I was very satisfied with the cost, convenience, and using the airport baggage service. It was a really good decision to buy this service from LuggAgent. It helped us a lot for our traveling in the first day in HK. From the beginning, they were requesting for information that will help identify the customer and ensure luggage delivery to the destination. On the actual day, the meeting point is easy to find. The guy from the company is a few minutes late but it is acceptable. Eventually the luggage were left at the concierge and there was a letter slipped into our room to ensure that we asked the right person for our belongings.
This order is in conjunction with "Luggage Agent," which has 24-hour online customer service. You can communicate directly via LINE if you have any problems during this time, which I think is great. When checking out, you can leave your luggage at the front desk, and staff will collect it and deliver it to the designated location at the airport, freeing up your hands to enjoy your last day of sightseeing. Book this activity if you arrive early and wanted to drop by Ngong Ping and Visit the big BUddah which is around 30mins away from the airport. The meeting point is a bit far from the arrival area. Our 2 luggages arrive at our hotel reception earlier than us. Luggage is in good condition. TIP: you have to send your picture holding the luggage so it will bea easier for you to meet up the pick up agent.
They very efficient and helpful with the luggage. I thought it was gonna be delivered via labeled vehicle with LuggAgent logo but 2 taxis came. Either way it was good service since my luggage was delivered in one piece without damage.
The whole process is communicated by email. Just leave your luggage at the hotel counter and go to the meeting point at the airport at the agreed time. Someone will deliver your luggage to you, which is very convenient.
