• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, no waiting will be provided for latecomers. We will not contact you in advance, so please arrive at the meeting point on time.
• A warm reminder: traffic jams are common on weekends and holidays, and Japanese law stipulates that bus drivers' working hours cannot be exceeded. Therefore, the停留時間 (stay time) at attractions will be adjusted appropriately according to the road conditions of the day. We appreciate your understanding.
• Due to road conditions, bus arrival may be delayed. Please note that no guarantees are provided when public transportation services cease. In such cases, the cost of canceling the trip on the same day will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
• Due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, delays may occur, leading to the cancellation of some itinerary attractions or affecting the time spent at each attraction. We appreciate your understanding.
• In case of national holidays or special circumstances at attractions leading to temporary closure or restricted visiting hours, some attractions may be adjusted or the itinerary may end early. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
• In case of traffic congestion or bad weather, bus arrival times may be delayed. For guests who need to transfer to other transportation after the tour, please allow sufficient time.
• Please note that lunch is not included in this itinerary; please arrange your own lunch in Hida Takayama.
• Each passenger can bring one suitcase (maximum 30kg) to be stored in the bus's luggage compartment. The depth/height/width of each piece of luggage must not exceed 155cm. Please do not store valuable luggage in the bus's luggage compartment. The company will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage stored in the bus's luggage compartment.
