There's a convenient shuttle bus service between Nagoya Station and the ski resort. Plus, discount coupons are available to reduce equipment rental fees. Although the travel agency staff didn't speak English, the tour package had English notes with clear and easy-to-understand information.

The bus is a convenient way to get there and spend a day at the ski resort. Bus driver was courteous and meeting point easy to locate.

The bus is clean, they kept the pick up and drop timing perfect. The travel is a safe one.

We were late and the guides still got us on the tour so we were super happy about that! The rental clothes are musty though because they’ve been used and wet and then they don’t completely dry in the room their stored in so they actually smell pretty bad. The rest of the equipment smelt fine. Bring some throwaway socks, my socks were brown after the using the skii boots.

pity the snow came late, hence it was more ice than snow. Also, the gradient is quite steep at certain parts of the beginners’ slope, hence not exactly considered a beginners’ slope.

They got us on the tour despite us being late. The bus was direct and the view was beautiful! The clothes for rent are a little bit musty so heads up

It was my first time to go to a ski resort in Japan. The ski resort was very large and exciting. The staff were very helpful and worthy of praise. I will come again next time!

The place that was visited us awesome and gorgeous. The problem is with the specific tour operator. Unfortunately, the lady that guide us was highly irresponsible. She walking so fast and far ahead of the group that at some point half the group was lost in the village. When we raise it to her, she was highly defensive. In the bus when she was sharing about the next destination, she was so soft and mumbling her words that you can hardly hear her. A printed out version of what she is saying would have been many times better. Basically, this is an excellent transport, but if your looking for a tour, it's a very low value tour.
