• For chartered trips, infants and children will be counted as passengers. For group tours, if there are children aged 0-2 (free) traveling with you, please make a note when placing your order.
• Vehicle models and guides: Private tour vehicles: 7-seater Toyota Alphard (maximum 6 people), 10-seater Hiace (maximum 9 people). Chinese/Japanese speaking drivers, English communication available via software. For group tours, vehicle models cannot be specified; the supplier will allocate vehicles based on the number of participants. For groups under 14 people, the driver will also serve as the tour leader; for groups of 14 or more, a separate tour guide will be arranged.
• Pre-departure notification email reminder: The night before your departure from 19:00-22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-departure notification email containing the tour leader's contact information, driver information, a map of the meeting point, and related precautions. Please be sure to check it promptly, and also check your spam folder. During peak travel season, there may be a slight delay in sending the email, so we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the content of the latest one sent.
• Due to reasons such as weather, snow, and mechanical maintenance, the park may adjust opening hours, operating times, and activity content, or temporarily close some facilities and suspend park/venue operations without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.
• Private tours are charter services, with service hours from 08:00 to 20:00, for a total duration of 10 hours. The driver will wait for 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pick-up time. If the guest is late, the delay will be directly deducted from the original total charter hours, with no additional time compensated. If the driver waits at the pick-up location (e.g., hotel/B&B) for more than 30 minutes and cannot contact the guest, the driver will leave the scene and charge the full fee, with no refunds. If, due to lateness, the itinerary cannot be completed within the reserved service time, guests may choose to continue the itinerary and pay an overtime fee, or choose to shorten the play time to fit within the service hours.
• Overtime & Excess Mileage Fees: If the service time exceeds 10 hours or is between 20:00 and 22:00, an overtime fee will be charged: 7-seater & 10-seater 5000 JPY/hour, 14-seater (1-12 person group) 8000 JPY/hour, 18-21-seater 10000 JPY/hour. Less than 1 hour will be calculated as 1 hour; for exceeding 300 kilometers, an additional 300 JPY will be charged per kilometer. The operator will reconfirm the amount in advance and contact you to inform you of the applicable surcharges.

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
