We spend a very pleasant afternoon at hotel alexandra. The tea set wasn't only visually appealing but also a delight to the taste buds. We loved every single savouries and sweets. Everything was topped by the choice of mango coconut smoothie or wine and free-flow coffee and tea. Totally worth the price!
This was already my second visit! Service: The staff's service attitude was excellent and very professional. They answered our questions with smiles, such as how to get to the skybridge and what other discounts were available in addition to the current price. Food taste: The main courses were all exquisitely prepared and tasted good. Restaurant environment: The ambiance was very appealing; it didn't feel like a hotel in Hong Kong at all—it felt like we had traveled abroad. Price: Having a semi-buffet lunch here at this price offers great value. Experience: I've already been here twice and will definitely try the afternoon tea given the chance.
The ambiance is luxurious, the food selection is extensive, and the quality is quite high, justifying the price. In particular, the oysters 🦪 are exceptional – the largest, plumpest, and creamiest I've ever had. The other seafood is also good, and there are many hot smoked options. A wide variety of choices are available. While the dessert selection isn't huge, there's unlimited Movenpick premium ice cream.
All the seafood was incredibly fresh and there was a wide variety. The sashimi at the raw fish counter was crisp and fresh. The Southeast Asian hot dishes offered a great selection and tasted good, especially the steamed grouper, which was a pleasant surprise. There was an abundance of desserts, and the cakes and pastries were also very fresh, delicious, and soft. They even had unlimited red wine, draft beer, and soda. The staff were very quick to clear plates and everyone was friendly. Overall, I think my family and I were very satisfied with this buffet, highly recommended!
The semi-buffet dinner comes with a main course for each person. The steak is 70% done and delicious, but the pork chop is a bit dry. The oysters and sashimi are fresh and sweet. There are cold seafood and the long-legged crab is fresh and sweet. There are also desserts and ice cream.
Only four tables occupied the entire night, the food and beverage industry is really struggling. The oysters were a pleasant surprise, they were actually meaty and sweet (buffet regulars should understand why I'm so surprised that the oysters actually had meat on them🤣). The main courses were ridiculously huge, I was full after eating only half. The crab legs were also fresh. For this price point for a semi-buffet dinner, and with discounts for seniors, it's not bad at all. (Plus, there's 3 hours of free parking).
This is my third time buying this. There are oyster crab sashimi, a variety of delicious salads, excellent Napoleon, and unlimited ice cream. The main dish this time is not as good, but it is worth the price.
The best part is the semi-buffet main dish, lamb rack, which is very tender and juicy, and the portion is large and delicious. All the cold seafood are very sweet and fresh, and taste better than the frozen seafood in the buffets of some five-star hotels! The mango Napoleon and egg tarts for dessert were also great. I originally thought it would be a good idea to try it because of the cheap price, and I expected the food quality to be just average, but in the end it was unexpectedly delicious. I was pleasantly surprised and had a very happy and satisfying meal. I will definitely come again next time.

I would recommend this to my friends from overseas. Restaurant Environment: I chose this restaurant because it was near my hotel. The restrooms were clean. Price: Reasonable. Booking through the Klook app was a great deal.
The restaurant was excellent, and we were seated by the window. The environment was bright and clean, with an elegant and sophisticated layout. The food selection was decent; it would have been even better with some roasted meats. Towards the end, they offered split king crab legs for guests to take as they pleased, which was a very thoughtful touch.
