Terunyan Village and Mount Batur Jeep Combo Day Tour in Bali

Our Jeep driver, Moix, was very kind. We mentioned wanting to hike a bit, and he followed us part of the way without rushing, waiting for us to come back down, and even helped us take photos. ☺️

My guide name is Arya and he was excellent today. The visit to Trunyan, rice terrace and waterfall visit was so smooth. He was patient while I took my time at each spots. Finally Toya Deversya, it was an amazing experience. loved the service and hot spring was great. Arya was knowledgable and took time to explain some of the spots. Not to mention, early on time for my tour and text response was fast as well

Gede Kon, the tour leader, is very good at taking pictures, is a good person, has strong affinity, and makes the trip enjoyable.

Our driver Troy was exceptionally helpful from the very beginning, checking in with us, adjusting the itinerary to suit what we wanted to see, and offering suggestions only a local expert would know. His knowledge of Bali’s history, culture and hidden gems added so much depth to each stop.

I sent a confirmation email to the tour operator a week before, but there was no reply, and even when I contacted Klook and asked them to take action, they said they couldn't contact the tour operator. Anyway, I was anxious at the entrance of the accommodation at 7am on the day of the tour. When I woke up on the morning of the day, the person in charge of picking up had sent me a Whats App message in the middle of the night, and it seems that they had also called several times. I think it was outrageous that they contacted me in advance at around 11pm, even though the tour was to depart early the next morning. The tour itself was held, but I couldn't contact them in advance, and even when I contacted Klook, nothing was resolved, so I was mentally exhausted and didn't feel like enjoying it very much. I don't think the tour itself was bad, but after the tour, the driver sent me a message saying, "I want a job, so please write a good review," and "I have to submit it to my boss, so please send me a photo," so I'm so dissatisfied with the interactions with Klook, the tour operator, and the driver before and after the tour that I don't want to give them even one star. I have never had such a bad experience on a trip to Bali, but the staff of this tour company are quite careless, so if you are planning to go, you should be prepared for such a thing before applying. I wrote my honest impressions.

Their kindness made us feel the genuine warmth of Indonesian hospitality. We’re truly grateful to them—we never imagined we’d encounter such thoughtful and professional guides!
