Fantastic

It was unforgettable, magical. The zoo is very, very clean. The staff are smiling and courteous! We were able to interact with the animals and take photos. Breakfast was varied, very delicious, with a large selection of food and drinks. We booked with a transfer. The driver arrived on time, took us there, and brought us back to the hotel. Everything was great! We were very satisfied! Thank you very much! You are truly amazing and professionals at what you do!
We loved the experience. It was easy to book through Klook and is very well managed by the Bali zoo. The oppertunity to closely interact with Orangutans and other animals is fantastic and the breakfast in itself is also quite good. Additionally, as the experience begins before the zoo's regular visiting hours, you get to skip the crowds at entry.
We booked the Kecak Fire Dance tickets through Klook, and the booking process was very smooth and convenient. We had booked the 6 PM slot and were allowed entry from 5 PM, which helped us get good seats in the open amphitheatre. Even if you are late it's ok. A quick tip—please carry an umbrella. It was extremely hot, and the sun was directly hitting us while we waited for the show to begin. The performance is based on a part of the Ramayana, showing Sita’s abduction by Ravana and Lord Rama rescuing her after the war. From the name, we expected more fire elements, but fire was only used briefly during the Lanka Dahan scene. One small personal observation—the portrayal of Hanuman was quite playful and included some exaggerated comic interactions with the audience. While many found it entertaining, coming from an Indian background where Hanuman is deeply respected, it felt a bit unusual for us. Overall, it was a unique cultural experience and worth watching.
The Capybara experience at Bali zoo was outstanding. We are animal lovers and the amount of time you had to spend with these gentle creatures was wonderful. They are well cared for, clean, healthy, in a lovely enclosure and so calm and tame - I could’ve stayed for hours. I highly recommend this experience, especially since (if you do this in Australia), it costs more than double what you pay in Bali. do yourself a favour and go!!
We had a fabulous time with the capybara. It was not busy or rushed, we had plenty of time with the animals. Great up close photos and the fun of feeding. Calm and gentle animals. I had a bad headache and staff knew so they found me an oil to rub on my neck and checked in on me. Special shout out to staff, Rahning, Heru, Ayu. the food was delicious and the cute desert jelly was a big hit.
breakfast with orangutans? yes please. Not only that but with elephants birds, monkeys, and a porcupine. food was delicious as well but the animals was definitely worth getting up early for. feeding a Sumatran tiger, capybaras and meerkats was definitely worth visiting Bali zoo for.
This visit to Bali Zoo was truly amazing! The park's layout is just right, so it's not too tiring to walk around. You can tell the animals are well taken care of, and the environment is clean and comfortable, so even the rain doesn't spoil the fun. Being able to see elephants, lions, and deer up close, along with the various feeding experiences, made the kids super happy. The flow of the park is clear, and the staff are very friendly. It's a highly recommended spot for families to enjoy together!
the customer service is amazing! the animals are taken good care of. my only issue is they advertised some animals like fennic fox, otters & coons on social media when I was there i was looking for them and they said its not yet available. over all its a good experience, you can interact with some of them. i highly recommend breakfast with orangutans/elephant its totally worth it! the only cons is, if you’re using GoJek/Grab just don’t drop off right infront of the main entrance because they will charge you for parking fee.
