Yufuin & Kamado Jigoku & Tenmangu Shrine One Day Tour from Fukuoka

This was so worth a trip! Our first outdoor Onsen experience! And Yufuin is such a lovely place! Would love to do this trip again, when in Fukuoka!

At first, the driver took us to the wrong exit at Heats bus station. He didn’t know how to open the door to take passengers to the front of the bus. When we were tired, the station manager drove us away and slapped us on the shoulder. After that, the Kokonome Bridge only stopped for fifteen minutes, and then it fell into the rain in Kurokawa. The time for the hot spring was also deducted before Yufuin arrived. One hour changed to 50 minutes. I rushed back to Hakata at 6:30 and asked the guests for a tip of 1,000 per person. I stopped the car and argued. I may not participate in KI again in the future. 0 0k

It's good to have a special car to pick you up. The Kujongmu Bridge is very big and majestic, so you don't have much time to stay there. Just take a look and hurry away. There are very few restaurants in Yufuin, so we can only sweep the streets.

There were two of us and three other group members, a group of five people and the driver. The space of the seven-passenger car was comfortable. We departed from Fukuoka and went to Yufuin → Kujugiri Bridge → Kurokawa Onsen. The driver was punctual and polite and spoke a little English. It was densely foggy and rainy that day. , it is worthy of praise to the driver for his super skill in driving up the mountain, and to the Jiuchongwu Bridge with 9 twists and 13 turns🌁, I admire the driving skills in my heart. There is a car to pick up and drop off three attractions, and the CP value is satisfactory👍🏻

The transport provided was a 6 seater limo to our group of 5pax. We are happy with driver Mr Matsuda San who provided us with excellent 5 star service. However, itenaries wise, floral village is just a small street with mostly souvenirs shops. Time allocated for Kurokawa onsen is bit short , hence no time to explore the town after onsen bath.

The departure time was delayed, and everyone in the bus got off the bus and changed cars at the last bus departure station. We were stuck in traffic for an hour on the expressway. The first scenic spot had a delay of 2 hours, but the sightseeing time was not shortened at all, resulting in the longest stop at the second stop. The expected maple leaf attraction, Kuju Yume Bridge, was closed when we arrived. We could only take photos here and there in the parking lot. Then, when we arrived at the next stop, Kurokawa Onsen, it was already 1700 but we still had to stay for two hours because the hot spring hotel would not pick us up. We went to the hot springs, and the tourist information center was already closed. It was cold and rainy, and it took a long time to find only one footbath. Because there was no tour guide, even if someone murmured when we got off the bus, we didn't have to stop for that long, but we couldn't get the consensus of the whole car. It was almost 10 o'clock when we got back to Fukuoka. Got it⋯

Driver was punctual on picking us at meeting place. Though he can’t speak English well, he tried his best and wrote down the return timings at each attraction before dismiss us. Though it’s a rainy day but we Enjoyed this trip the beautiful autumn leaves.

Yesterday was a very unpleasant experience. First of all, the car originally scheduled to leave at 10 o'clock changed our larger station wagon into a smaller car. After a lot of commotion, it set off at 10:30. There was always a traffic jam on the way. Arrive at Yufuin at 11:40 and finally arrive at 13:55. Set off again at 15:55 to go to the second scenic spot, Kujumu Suspension Bridge. After arriving at the suspension bridge at 16:38, the driver's uncle (visually estimated to be about 70 years old) realized that 16:30 Ticket sales have been stopped, and they just told us that the time has passed and we can’t enter the bridge. The disappointment cannot be described in words. To be honest, the Dream Suspension Bridge was the key tourist attraction yesterday. We all joined your company only after we were able to walk on the suspension bridge. If this group departs on time, and if the driver's uncle can be more flexible and shorten the stay in Yufuin by 10 to 15 minutes, we can already catch up. The driver's uncle looked confused, as if he didn't know anything, and just informed us that we were on the way. Driving time ° We feel really angry that we were unable to complete the trip we wanted because of improper human handling. What compensation plan does your company have? We hope that your company will not ignore our opinions and be sure to give us an answer. This is our first time to participate in your company's one-day tour. I hope it won't be the last time. Apart from traveling with a group, the Kokonoe Yume Bridge is only accessible by self-driving. It is very convenient to get in and out by car. Finally, I left the group at Kurokawa Hot Spring and stayed overnight, which saved a lot of time and fares. It’s so beautiful during the Zhongyou Lantern Festival!
