Tokyo: Ramen Cooking Class in a Professional Central Kitchen

Ramen is one of Japan’s most beloved foods, but few visitors get to see how it’s actually made. In this hands-on class, you’ll step inside the central kitchen of a Tokyo ramen chain, where noodles and soup are prepared daily for its restaurants

After meeting at the station, you’ll be driven to the kitchen. Our chefs will introduce you to the history and different styles of ramen, then guide you through mixing, kneading, rolling, and cutting your own noodles. Finally, you’ll cook your noodles, add soup and toppings, and sit down to enjoy the bowl you’ve made

No cooking experience is needed. The class is conducted in English and limited to a maximum of 8 guests
