• Infants aged 0 to 2 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge, but must be notified in advance to avoid being refused by the driver due to vehicle overloading.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuables. In case of any loss or damage, you will be responsible for it yourself.
• If you are prone to motion sickness or seasickness, please take preventive measures in advance so as not to affect your pleasant journey.
• We will send you a confirmation email after 15:00 on the day before your trip. The email will include: the meeting time, the tour guide's contact information, and the vehicle license plate number. Please check it carefully (it may end up in your spam folder).
• On the day of departure, please be sure to arrive at the meeting place on time. Being late will be regarded as an automatic forfeiture, and no refunds will be given.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
