You can observe the active volcano up close. Alternatively, you can visit the Bear Ranch to observe Hokkaido brown bears up close and learn about the ecology of the local representative wildlife. (Tickets are at your own expense), Noboribetsu Jigokudani (Hell Valley): Enjoy the sulfur vents and geothermal landscapes, experiencing Noboribetsu's most iconic volcanic hot spring terrain. (If staying at a Noboribetsu hotel, you may leave the group on the return trip.)

• If you experience motion sickness or seasickness, please prepare protective measures in advance to avoid affecting your pleasant journey.
• We will send you a confirmation email after 15:00 PM the day before your trip, which will include: meeting time, tour guide contact information, and vehicle license plate number. Please check your inbox (it may go into your spam folder).
• On the day of departure, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
