- Dune Tribe Area requires pre-collection of numbered tickets (limited sessions daily): Children must be accompanied by an adult to enter.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
