Ticket Purchase Notes

• Limited blind bags for early bird tickets will be distributed randomly upon entry and cannot be chosen.
• The QR Code on each ticket is valid for a single entry only. Once scanned and verified, it becomes invalid and cannot be reused or refunded. If entry is denied due to loss, screenshot leakage, transfer, or use by others, no reissuance, exchange, or compensation will be provided. The holder is responsible for related risks, so please keep your ticket safe.
• During the exhibition period, each order can purchase a maximum of 6 tickets, and each account can purchase a maximum of 3 orders.
• Once a ticket is purchased, the session cannot be changed, but refunds can be processed according to regulations.
• For concession tickets, senior/love tickets, and free admission qualifiers, please proactively present relevant supporting documents. Various discounted ticket types cannot be used simultaneously (including bulk group tickets). If the qualifications do not match, a new ticket must be purchased according to the identity, and on-site refunds or admission with a price difference will not be accepted. If purchased on-site, identification must be presented for verification at the time of purchase. The age calculation for various discounts is based on the actual age on the day of entry.
• Persons with disabilities requiring accompaniment are limited to one person. The person with a disability and their necessary companion must attend together. If the qualifications do not match, a new ticket must be purchased for entry.
• There is no age limit for admission. Children under 24 months also require a ticket (free ticket type). Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above. Please note that playing and running are prohibited in the venue, and exhibits must not be hit hard. If any damage occurs, compensation will be required at the original price.
• To process a refund, the refund mechanism must comply with the regulations for standardized contracts for cultural and artistic exhibitions. Consumers can apply for a refund according to the law from 24 hours after purchase until 24 hours before the designated visit session. For example, for an exhibition session on 2/13 at 14:00, the refund deadline is 2/12 at 13:59 (inclusive). A 10% handling fee of the ticket price will be charged.
• For tickets purchased on-site, refunds require the presentation of the ticket, sales slip, receipt, and other relevant supporting documents, with a 10% handling fee deducted from the actual sales price. Any postal or remittance fees incurred due to the refund will be borne by the refunding party. Please process refunds before the end of the exhibition session on the day of purchase. Late requests will not be accepted.
• Other ticket-related regulations or any consumer disputes arising from this ticket will be handled in accordance with the matters to be recorded and not to be recorded in the standardized contract for cultural and artistic exhibition tickets issued by the Ministry of Culture.
• If you arrive later than the admission time printed on the ticket, you may need to wait longer to enter, or you may not be allowed to enter depending on the situation.
• Online ticket purchases must be completed at least 30 minutes before the desired entry session. If online reservations cannot be completed in time, you can inquire at the on-site service desk about the availability of same-day on-site tickets. The number of on-site tickets will be adjusted at any time based on overall sales, and quantities are limited, available while supplies last.
• VIP tickets are for marketing activities and VIP invitations by the organizer and cannot be resold or exchanged.

• During this event, the organizer will conduct photography and videography on-site. By purchasing this ticket and entering, you are deemed to agree to unconditionally authorize the organizer to use activity record files containing your likeness for subsequent editing, reproduction, and use in outcome records, non-profit and commercial promotions (including but not limited to official websites, social media, press releases, and promotional materials) for this event and future related activities, including public broadcasting and public transmission. The organizer will use it within a reasonable and legal scope to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

Visitor Notes

• Early bird ticket holders for this exhibition will receive a limited blind bag keychain. Please redeem it at the "Exhibition Hall Entrance." Each ticket is limited to one redemption, distributed randomly, and no selection is provided. Redemption will not be accepted after the exhibition ends.
• The meeting point is at the entrance of the exhibition hall within the venue. Please arrive 15 minutes before the reserved time on your ticket. On-site queuing and session changes will not be allowed. To help reduce congestion, please arrive at the meeting point punctually at your reserved time.
• The exhibition hall does not allow re-entry and is a one-way route with no turning back. Once you leave the exhibition area from the exit to the merchandise area, you will not be able to return to the exhibition hall. If you wish to re-enter the exhibition hall, you must purchase a new ticket.
• The merchandise sales area does not require a ticket and can be entered for free.
• On-site ticket purchases and the merchandise sales area accept credit cards and various payment methods in addition to cash. Please refer to on-site announcements for detailed information.
• To maintain smooth traffic flow, strollers are prohibited in the exhibition rooms. Please fold and store strollers in the designated area on-site. Wheelchair access is provided on-site.
• The volume of any type of bag must not exceed 40x30 cm. Paid lockers are available in the exhibition hall lobby. Space and quantity are limited, so please assess the size you carry.
• Please do not bring food, beverages, pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas (except walking sticks for the elderly), dangerous items, and prohibited items into the venue.
• Persons who have consumed alcohol are not allowed to enter.
• All ages are welcome to dress up as their favorite Pixar characters for entry, but faces must be visible, and behavior that affects the viewing quality or safety of others is strictly prohibited.

• Eating (including chewing gum, betel nut, etc.), smoking, playing, running, hitting, and touching exhibits are prohibited in the exhibition area. • Photography and videography are allowed inside. Tripods and monopods are prohibited. Selfie sticks are only allowed if their length is 20 cm (inclusive) or less. ※ Commercial photography, photography that interferes with other guests, and public transmission are prohibited.
• There is no dedicated parking lot on-site. Please use nearby parking facilities and consider taking public transportation.
• If there are too many people, crowd control will be implemented. Please cooperate with on-site staff instructions for queuing and entry.
• Restrooms are located outside the venue. After passing through the venue gate and entering the exhibition rooms, there are no restrooms inside. It is recommended to use them before entering.
