• Please note that this tour is a group tour for Japanese guests, and only [Japanese service] is provided. A tour guide will not accompany the group, but there will be Japanese staff on the bus.
• Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat are free, but for safety reasons, it is not recommended to bring them along. If you do bring them, you must inform us proactively when booking; if there is no prior notification and the vehicle has no remaining seats on the day, the driver has the right to refuse boarding based on safety regulations. If children under 2 years old require a seat, please purchase a full-price ticket and make a note; the ticket price for children aged 2 (inclusive) and above is the same as for adults.
• Penguin Walk Start Time: The event is expected to debut in late December each year, but the specific start date depends on the actual snow conditions on site. If there is insufficient snow, it may be postponed or suspended; we appreciate your understanding. The Penguin Walk event is only held during periods of snow, so it cannot be observed when snow has not yet formed or has melted; we appreciate your understanding.
• If any section of the route is closed before entering the expressway on either the outbound or return journey, the itinerary will be changed to use national roads or prefectural roads (Hokkaido roads), and rest stops along the way may also be changed to roadside stations (Michi-no-Eki) or similar locations. Furthermore, depending on the arrival time, the visiting time at Asahiyama Zoo may be significantly reduced, and in the worst case, it may not be possible to visit at all. If a visit is ultimately not possible, we will refund the admission ticket fee. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
• Warm reminder: Due to winter road conditions and uncontrollable traffic factors, travel time may be delayed, and it may occasionally be impossible to arrive on time and participate in the penguin walk. Thank you for your understanding and tolerance of such force majeure factors.
• Due to weather conditions or crowd levels, the duration of stay at each attraction may be shortened, and in very rare cases, some attractions may have to be canceled. Additionally, to ensure a smoother itinerary, the order of visits for different vehicle groups will be flexibly adjusted based on the actual situation. We appreciate your understanding.
• If travelers have a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, or are pregnant, or have other physical conditions unsuitable for intense stimulation, they are strictly prohibited from registering for this experience. If a traveler deliberately conceals their health condition and insists on joining the tour, all unforeseen consequences and legal liabilities arising during the trip must be borne by the traveler themselves.
• This one-day tour is a fixed-route shared group itinerary. All travelers on the tour must cooperate with the tour guide or driver regarding the allocated time at each scenic spot. To protect the rights of all travelers, latecomers will only be waited for a maximum of 5 minutes; no waiting beyond that. Those who fail to board on time must arrange their own transportation to the next stop to rejoin the group.
• Those who are late, unable to join the tour on time due to personal reasons, or choose to withdraw early during the itinerary, will be considered as having automatically forfeited the trip, and the full cost will be deducted and not refunded. If a traveler leaves the group without authorization during the trip, in addition to not being eligible for a refund, the company will not be responsible for any personal safety or property losses incurred during that period.
• If you need to bring large luggage, please be sure to register with customer service in advance when making your reservation. During the trip, please carry your passport, cash, and valuables with you and keep them safe. Any loss, theft, or damage will be the sole responsibility of the individual. Only well-packaged light snacks or sealed beverages with lids are allowed inside the vehicle; if the interior of the vehicle is accidentally soiled, passengers will be required to pay equivalent compensation according to Japanese local vehicle cleaning standards.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Cancellation policy

• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
