• As this tour includes an overnight stay, please let us know how many suitcases you will be bringing.

• Strawberry Picking: The farm location is subject to change depending on crop conditions on the day.
• Hotel Stay: Tour staff will not stay overnight at the hotel. Guests are responsible for their own check-out and travel the next morning.
• A Japanese-speaking staff member will accompany the tour for assistance, but will only provide basic announcements in simple English (sightseeing guiding is not included).

• Please note that the snow monsters are a natural phenomenon. If the snow monsters fall, melt, or are deemed unsatisfactory for viewing, the tour may be canceled on the day of the tour. In this event, a full refund will be issued, but no rescheduling option is provided.
