- The Zao Juhyo (snow monsters) may vary slightly in appearance due to weather conditions, and there is a possibility that they cannot be viewed. Please be aware that once the tour is formed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the snow monster conditions.
- Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full travel services, with no additional tour leader. After arriving at the attractions, you are free to explore. Please be aware of this.

Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
