Terms & Conditions

•Tickets/slots for “The Little Creative Monster Inside You” (the “Event”) will go on sale on the organizer’s designated online platform, Klool, on 3 August 2026. Quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

•Participants must arrive at the designated location for on-site registration and (if applicable) to collect admission wristbands/event materials.

•Once registration/ticket purchase is confirmed, no refunds, transfers or changes will be accepted (including changes to grouping, entry timeslot, or event date).

•If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather or force majeure, no refunds or compensation will be provided. The organizer will announce arrangements via official channels within one week after the affected event date. If the Event includes an entry gift/event materials, make-up collection arrangements within a designated period will be announced at the same time.

•Participants aged 12 or under must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above in order to enter. In such cases, one valid admission ticket will admit the parent/legal guardian together with the participant aged 12 or under.

•If a participant does not meet the age or eligibility requirements of the registered category, the organizer may refuse entry without refund or compensation. Where there is any doubt regarding a participant’s age/eligibility, the organizer may require identification documents to be presented and verified at registration or entry.

•Upon completing registration/purchasing tickets, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and to accept that the organizer’s decisions regarding event arrangements are final.

•Nan Fung data collection and verification: Nan Fung staff may request participants to provide identification and/or other personal data (which may include but is not limited to name, age, membership information, mobile phone number, email address and/or payment/credit card details) for the purposes of verifying eligibility, processing payment, distributing event materials and/or internal administration and audit (as required). Nan Fung may scan/photocopy relevant documents and data for internal filing. Participants may refuse to provide the requested information, but Nan Fung may then be unable to process the relevant procedures and may cancel their eligibility or any part of their rights.

•Data accuracy: Participants must ensure all submitted information is true, accurate and complete. If any information is false or misleading, the organizer and/or Nan Fung may cancel the participant’s eligibility and reserve the right to pursue further action.

•On-site instructions: Participants must follow the instructions of Nan Fung and organizer staff and comply with venue rules. The organizer has the right to require violators to leave without refund or compensation.

•Third parties and warranty limitations: The Event (including all materials, tools and prizes, if any) is organized/provided by third parties. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates make no express or implied warranties or undertakings regarding the Event’s content, facilities, related materials, finished products or services. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates accept no responsibility for any complaints, claims, losses or damages (whether direct or indirect) arising from or in connection with the Event.

•Force majeure: Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control (including but not limited to internet, computer or telecommunications equipment failures, other equipment failures, power outages, strikes, labor disputes, shortages of labor or materials, fire, flooding, windstorms, inclement weather, explosions, acts of God, or third-party delays/non-performance).

•Technical risks: The Event may experience delays, errors or omissions due to technical issues with machines, servers, networks or related systems. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates are not responsible for such circumstances or any related loss or damage.

•E-tickets: All e-tickets are for use by the ticket holder only and are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods, gifts or services. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause applies together with Clause 3. •Health and risks: Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participating in the Event and confirm that they are physically fit to take part. •Safety responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring the personal and property safety of themselves and their companions (including any children) and must not cause danger, injury or nuisance to any person or property. •Disclaimer and indemnity: Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be liable for any discomfort, injury or property damage/loss arising from or related to the Event (including any materials, facilities and finished products), whether actual, indirect, disclosed, undisclosed, known, unknown, suspected or unsuspected liabilities, claims, demands or compensation. Participants assume all related risks and liabilities and agree to waive any claims or legal actions against Nan Fung and/or its affiliates in respect of the foregoing. If a member designates other persons to participate (subject to the approval of Nan Fung and the organizer) (“Designated Person(s)”), the member shall be jointly and severally liable to Nan Fung and its affiliates for any liabilities, claims, demands and/or compensation arising from or related to the acts, defaults, negligence or omissions of such persons, and shall indemnify and hold them harmless. •Photography and videography: Nan Fung and/or its affiliates may conduct photography and/or video recording during the Event. Participants agree to be photographed/recorded and authorize Nan Fung and/or its affiliates to use the related photos and/or videos in any form (including publication or release) for commercial or promotional purposes without further notice or compensation. •Promotional materials: All images, descriptions (including product values, if any) and promotional materials are for reference only and may differ from the actual. •Weather signal arrangements: If, three hours before the start of the relevant admission timeslot, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning, or government-announced “extreme conditions” remains in effect, the Event will be cancelled or postponed. Follow-up arrangements will be subject to official announcements. •Right to change and terminate: Nan Fung reserves the right to adjust the Event structure and content at any time (including but not limited to mobile application or website content, ticketing/redemption arrangements, these Terms and Conditions, and other items) or to terminate the Event without prior notice. Participation in the Event signifies agreement to the latest version and arrangements. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from changes or updates. •Final decision: The organizer and Nan Fung reserve the right of final decision on all Event arrangements and on the interpretation and enforcement of these terms.

Special Weather Arrangements:

•The Event is subject to weather conditions. Upon completing registration/purchasing tickets, participants agree that the organizer may, based on the weather on the day and at the venue, make final arrangements, including but not limited to delayed admission, crowd diversion, temporary suspension of certain facilities, rescheduling, or cancellation; in such circumstances, no refunds or compensation will be provided. •If the Event is announced as cancelled due to adverse weather or force majeure, no refunds will be provided. Within one week after the affected event date, the organizer will announce, via Nan Fung’s official social media GATE33 Gallery Instagram (@airsidehk_gate33), the designated make-up collection arrangements (if applicable) for entry gifts/event materials. Holders of valid tickets may collect them within the designated period upon presentation of a valid ticket/confirmation email. •If weather conditions are unstable on the event day, please closely follow Nan Fung’s official social media and website for real-time announcements; the organizer has the final decision regarding same-day arrangements. •Once a postponement or cancellation has been announced, the Event will not resume on that day even if the relevant weather warning signal is lifted later that day. •If, three hours before the start of the admission timeslot, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning, or government-announced “extreme conditions” remains in effect, the Event will be cancelled or postponed; subsequent arrangements will be subject to official announcements.
