• This tour is a fixed shared-ride route. Customers participating in this tour must adhere to the停留时间 (stay times) at each attraction and follow the arrangements made by the driver-guide. If you do not arrive on time, the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to make your own way to the next meeting point.
• Please note that no refunds will be given to those who do not participate in or interrupt the itinerary due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. If you leave the group on your own during the itinerary, no fees will be refunded. If this leads to personal or property safety issues, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
• If you need to carry large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you. • If the number of people is less than 12, a small vehicle with fewer than 14 seats will be used, equipped only with a driver and no tour guide service. If the number of people exceeds 12, one driver and one tour guide will be arranged.
• Traffic congestion is expected on holidays, weekends, or Japanese holidays, which may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your night itinerary.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
