• This tour is a fixed shared-ride route. Customers participating in this tour must adhere to the停留时间 (stay times) at each attraction and follow the arrangements made by the driver-guide. If you do not arrive on time, the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to make your own way to the next meeting point.
• Please note that no refunds will be given to those who do not participate in or interrupt the itinerary due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. If you leave the group on your own during the itinerary, no fees will be refunded. If this leads to personal or property safety issues, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
• If you need to carry large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you. You will be solely responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages are permitted, but eating is prohibited inside the bus. Please note that if the interior of the vehicle is stained, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards.
• Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd flow on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may also be adjusted.
• If the number of people is less than 12, a small vehicle with fewer than 14 seats will be used, equipped only with a driver and no tour guide service. If the number of people exceeds 12, one driver and one tour guide will be arranged.
• Traffic congestion is expected on holidays, weekends, or Japanese holidays, which may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your night itinerary.
• The day tour itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or accidental injury insurance; please purchase it yourself if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports all carry specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health condition and ability. Our company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. We appreciate your understanding.
• We will send you an email between 16:00 and 21:00 on the day before your trip, containing: meeting time, license plate number, tour guide, and the tour guide's social contact information. Please make sure to check your email (it might be in the spam folder!). Do not be late on the day of the trip, as no refunds or changes are allowed on that day! Therefore, you must check your email and add the tour guide!!! Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the tour so that relevant reception staff can contact you! If you still have not received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
• For those using LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions, the tour guide will not be able to add you as a friend directly via your LINE number the day before the trip. Therefore, we will create a LINE group the day before the trip and email the LINE group link to you. After receiving the email, please actively click the link to join the LINE group so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you!
• The images in the introduction are reference renderings of the best viewing season for this attraction. The actual scenery is subject to the day, and the images are for reference only.
• According to Japanese regulations, the vehicle usage duration must not exceed 10 hours. In case of traffic congestion due to holidays or force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or the sightseeing time shortened/number of attractions reduced.
• If infants and young children under 2 years old require a seat, please purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and make a note. Additionally, seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are in good health suitable for travel and be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or older throughout the trip.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
