A big thank you to the friends who helped us. Everything was wonderful; it made for a perfect memento for our friends who were leaving Japan. The only downside was that the price we paid at the facility covered only two pairs of chopsticks. With extra charges for additional sanding, exceeding the time limit, and even another fee I can't recall the reason for, the total cost for four people ended up exceeding 20,000 yen. All extra charges should be clearly stated at the point of sale.
