Admission Notes:
- The exhibition is divided into designated 30-minute admission sessions, and ticket holders must select a specific time slot at the time of purchase.
- The non-saleable items will be distributed on a random basis upon the collection of admission wristbands.
- Please arrive and enter strictly during your reserved time slot.
- Large luggage/items are prohibited (handbags, boxes, or suitcases exceeding 55 x 35 x 20 cm; monopods, tripods, folding chairs, and stools).
- Due to limited space and safety requirements, strollers are not permitted inside the exhibition hall.
- Ticket bookings for 1 August to 3 September will open on 11 June, with 4 to 6 September reserved strictly as backup dates in case the exhibition closes due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
^Merry-Go-Round: Rules & Safety Regulations
Height & Physical Requirements:
- Riders must be at least 1.2 meters tall and their feet must reach the pedals.
- All passengers must possess the physical capability to ride and maintain their balance independently without any accompaniment, assistance, or physical support from others during the ride; furthermore, children aged 0 to 3 are strictly prohibited from riding regardless of their height, and children aged 4 or above who are under 1.2 meters in height are likewise strictly prohibited from riding, notwithstanding their possession of a package ticket.
- Seat Allocation:
- Seats are randomly assigned by staff; requests for specific characters or positions will not be entertained.
- Should a guest refuse to accept the operational or safety arrangements, they shall be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited their right to use the ride, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Ride Safety:
- Riders must sit astride the seat and hold the handrail/safety bar at all times. Standing, kneeling, or switching seats during operation is strictly prohibited.
- Do not board or alight until the installation has completely stopped and staff have given instructions.
- No eating, drinking, or use of selfie sticks. Loose items (scarves, hats, umbrellas) must be secured. The Organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged property.
- Seatbelts must be fastened immediately and remain buckled until the ride stops completely.
- Health Advisory: Persons with high blood pressure, heart conditions, spinal/neck injuries, vertigo, pregnant women, infants, or those under the influence of drugs/alcohol are not permitted to ride. Participation is at the rider's own risk.
- Refusal of Entry: Staff reserve the absolute right to refuse entry to anyone failing to meet safety requirements (e.g., under 1.2m). No refunds or compensation will be provided for those unable to ride due to failure to meet safety criteria.
Adverse Weather & Refund Arrangements
- Suspension: For safety reasons, the outdoor installation will suspend operations during Thunderstorm Warnings, Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 or above, or Yellow/Red/Black Rainstorm Warnings.
- Rescheduling: If affected by weather, ticket holders must bring their valid Klook e-ticket and wristband to the "Information Station" on-site to exchange for a "Replacement Voucher" for a designated date/time
- Quota Limits: All replacement vouchers are subject to limited availability and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Partial Refund Arrangement: If a ticket holder is unable to select a replacement voucher from the remaining time slots, the Organizer will arrange a refund for the price difference of the facility (HK$130, after deducting the admission fee and souvenir set).
- Refund Timeline: All refund applications will be processed collectively after the event ends (i.e., after September 6). Specific arrangements will be announced via official social media platforms.
- Loss and Damage: Please keep your wristband and replacement voucher in a safe place. In the event of any loss, damage, or alteration, the Organizer will not reissue them or provide any compensation. Screenshots, screen recordings, or photocopies will not be accepted.
- Final Decision: The Organizer reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute.
- Forfeiture: If the facility is operating normally but the visitor fails to enter at the designated date or time, their eligibility will expire immediately. The Organizer will not provide ticket exchanges, make-up sessions, or any full or partial refunds.
- The Organizer reserves the right to close the art installation facility at any time without prior notice due to adverse weather (including but not limited to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning), maintenance, technical failure, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such a closure, a partial refund of HK$130 will be arranged for affected ticket holders. This amount represents the specific value of the installation experience, calculated after deducting the baseline admission fee and the souvenir set, which are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed collectively after the conclusion of the event (i.e., after 6 September). Specific arrangements and execution details will be announced on our official social media platforms.

General Terms & Conditions
- Staff may request original physical ID for verification. Failure to provide matching ID may result in denial of entry without compensation.
- For orders with multiple tickets, all party members must enter together with the primary registrant.
- This ticket serves as an admission reservation. Once the reserved time slot is confirmed, no changes are allowed. Each admission QR code is valid only for the scheduled session and for a single entry.
- Each person is limited to one purchase of up to 4 tickets/sets.
- Only QR codes displayed within the Klook app are valid. Screenshots, screen recordings, or photocopies are strictly rejected.
- Children aged 3 or below enter free. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
- Each QR code and entry wristband is valid for one-time entry only.
- Please safeguard your (1) Ticket QR code and (2) Entry wristband. Any alteration, photocopying, overprinting, or scanning/reproduction of the ticket is strictly prohibited and shall be rendered void. In the event of theft, loss, damage, or defacement, the Organizer and the ticketing platform will not reissue or replace the items and shall bear no liability.
- All tickets must be purchased through the official platform (Klook). QR codes obtained via Klook are legitimate and comply with the terms of Klook and the Organizer. The authenticity of tickets obtained through any non-Klook channels cannot be guaranteed. The Organizer reserves the right to reject tickets from unauthorized platforms; such tickets may be cancelled without refund or compensation.
- Please verify your order details carefully. Once an order is successfully placed, the buyer agrees to pay the total amount and content of the transaction and may not refuse payment for any reason.
- All entry wristbands and non-sale premiums must be collected in person by the ticket holder. The Organizer will not accept any letters of authorization, collection by proxy (friends/relatives), or third-party transfers for redemption.
- Please arrive on time to ensure smooth entry. Wristband and premium redemption begins 10 minutes before your reserved time slot at the entrance of the Indoor Exhibition Hall (Level 6).
- Redemption services will end at the conclusion of each reserved time slot. For the final session of each day, redemption and entry will close 15 minutes after the session starts; late arrivals will not be processed. Visitors who arrive late or fail to attend their reserved date/time will be denied entry, and their QR codes will be invalidated without ticket exchange or refund.
- All non-sale premiums will be distributed randomly and cannot be specified. All premiums will be issued together with the entry wristband. Visitors must inspect and count their premiums on the spot; the Organizer will not reissue any items once the visitor has left the counter.
- Crowd Control (Merry-Go-Round): To ensure the best experience, crowd control measures will be in effect. Wristband holders must queue before entry and follow staff instructions to exit orderly at the end of each session to allow the next group to enter.
- Visitors will first visit the indoor exhibition hall(Unit 605, Level 6, K11 MUSEA) before proceeding to the "CHIIKAWA Merry-Go-Round".
- The total duration for the entire exhibition is 90 minutes. Please observe this time limit. If a visitor exceeds the time limit and refuses to cooperate, the Organizer reserves the right to require them to leave the exhibition without compensation.
- The Organizer may implement clearing procedures in specific areas as needed to facilitate crowd flow. Please follow staff instructions and cooperate with these arrangements orderly.
- All details and arrangements are subject to the latest announcements made by the Organizer on-site.
Merchandise Details:

- Exclusive Merchandise Include the Global Debut of the "CHIIKAWA-Go-Round" Series Launches from August 1 (* Available for purchase by ticket holders only)
- A series of brand new exclusive merchandise will make its hot debut simultaneously on August 1. All exhibition exclusive merchandise are strictly limited to ticket holders for purchase. First come, first served, while stocks last.
- Merchandise are primarily sold on-site, but selected limited-edition items will be available to ticket holders via an online draw at DDTSTORE.com, with details sent only to those who opted in for promotional info on KLOOK and hold a valid DDTSTORE account.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable/non-exchangeable, though any product quality issues will be handled according to the official exchange standards detailed on Chiikawa Market (https://chiikawamarket.jp/zh-hant/pages/reference).
- Remark: * Purchases are limited to one set per guest. The display stand is not available for individual purchase. Standalone purchases of the plush keychain are strictly limited to one per guest. Please note that guests who purchase the full set are not permitted to purchase an additional standalone plush keychain.
Souvenir Shop (Within the Paid Zone)
- The "Merry-Go-Round" series plush mascots are global exclusives available only at this exhibition (other sales arrangements may be announced later).
- Some products are available in limited quantities with priority for ticket holders while stocks last. To secure limited items, it is recommended to purchase tickets for earlier sessions.
- The Organizer may, at its absolute discretion, limit or stop the sale of products and adjust purchase quotas without prior notice. The on-site Terms & Conditions shall be final.
- All products are sold in "as-is" condition and may lack some accessories. Please check the product condition carefully before payment; no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
- Repair services are not provided.
- Final prices are determined at checkout. Prices may be adjusted during the sales period; adjustments do not apply to processed purchases and cannot be the basis for any claims.
- Admission tickets grant entry and shop access only and do not guarantee the availability of specific merchandise. All items are while stocks last.
- Purchase Quotas:
- Each ticket holder is strictly limited to purchasing either one (1) “Merry-Go-Round” Series Plush Mascot Set OR one (1) piece per individual Plush Mascot (whereby customers who have purchased the complete Set are strictly prohibited from purchasing individual Charm Plush Mascot items separately), while a maximum purchase limit of two (2) pieces per item applies to all other merchandise, subject always to a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last without any guarantee of continuous supply.
- Payment Details:
- Only HKD payments are accepted.
- Payment Methods: Cash, Octopus, PayMe, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard; Amex not supported), AlipayHK, and WeChat Pay HK.
- Venue Regulations
- Pursuant to the Prevention of Copyright Piracy Ordinance, photography, filming, and recording are strictly prohibited in certain areas. Violators may face criminal prosecution. Please follow staff instructions.
- Some exhibits feature flashing lights and loud sound effects which may cause momentary discomfort. Visitors should ensure their health condition is suitable for entry. Please notify staff immediately if you feel unwell.
- Some indoor areas feature dim lighting for atmosphere. Visitors, especially children, the elderly, and pregnant women, should exercise caution. Contact staff if assistance is required.
- Special operating hours of K11 MUSEA may affect exhibition opening times.
- Part of the exhibition is outdoors and subject to weather conditions. Please be mindful of high temperatures, unstable weather, slippery floors, and strong winds.
Weather Arrangements & Emergency Measures
I. General Adverse Weather (Yellow/Red Rainstorm, Typhoon Signal No. 1)
- Exhibition remains open as usual.
- Note: Outdoor floors may be slippery; visitors assess risks and ensure their own safety. The Organizer reserves the right to implement crowd control or close outdoor areas based on real-time weather changes.
II. Partial Suspension of Outdoor Facilities (Yellow/Red Rainstorm, Typhoon Signal No. 3, Thunderstorm, or Strong Monsoon Signal)
- Facility Operation: If the above signals are issued or local gusts reach Level 6 or above, outdoor areas and art installations will be limited or suspended immediately until weather improves.
- Indoor Areas: Remain open; ticket holders may visit the indoor portion at their reserved time.
- Compensation: Once a QR code is redeemed for a wristband, the Organizer/ticketing platform will not reissue, replace, or provide compensation in any way.
- Outdoor Facility Replacement Voucher: Affected ticket holders must bring their valid Klook e-ticket and wristband to the "Information Station" to redeem a "Replacement Voucher" for a designated date/time.
III. Full Suspension (Typhoon Signal No. 8+, Black Rainstorm, or Government "Extreme Conditions")
- The entire exhibition (indoor and outdoor) will close. Reservations will be cancelled automatically without further notice.
- Scenario 1 (Closed all day): Affected persons can re-book via Klook for designated make-up dates using their original ticket number.
- Scenario 2 (Signal issued during opening): Indoor exhibition remains open for those already inside. Outdoor areas close immediately. Affected holders on-site must redeem a "Replacement Voucher" at the Information Station.
- Re-opening: Exhibition will resume within 2 hours after Signal 8/Black Rainstorm/Extreme Conditions are cancelled (subject to on-site safety checks).
IV. Designated Make-up Dates
- Make-up slots are limited and issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Please monitor official social media for announcements.
V. Replacement & Refund Policy
- Usage: Once a make-up slot is booked, visitors must arrive at the selected time. Vouchers expire if not used and will not be reissued.
- No Refunds: As weather and force majeure are beyond control, only Designated Make-up Arrangements are provided. Requests for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for merchandise will not be accepted.
Miscellaneous
- Right of Removal: The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone violating terms without compensation.
- Anti-Resale: Commercial resale is strictly prohibited. The Organizer may terminate the admission of suspected resellers and refuse future purchases.
- Liability: The Organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury within the venue or resulting from personal disputes between visitors.
- Third-Party Content: The Organizer is not responsible for messages or content displayed/distributed by third parties during the event.
- Personal Property: Visitors are responsible for their own belongings. The Organizer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- Order & Conduct: The Organizer reserves the right to pursue claims for losses caused by unruly, indecent, or disruptive behavior.
- Travel/Accommodation: The Organizer is not liable for any personal travel, accommodation, or hospitality costs resulting from changes or cancellations.
- Privacy: Personal information is used solely for event-related purposes.
- Final Decision: The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without notice and holds the right of final decision in all disputes.
