Actually a great experience with a multilingual guide (Naomi). Timing and guidance was well paced and genuine. The boating activity was excellent and very accessible (and entertaining). There was no end of the day pressuring or "revew begging" from the guides to leave high ratings which really highlighted their professionalism. Thanks for an amazing day.

Naomi was a great guide! She made us laugh, she's knowlageable, answered all our questions! Naomi made it easy to experience the train and the boat ride! She translated for us on the boat ride and made it clear where and when to meet!

The Togetsukyo Bridge felt ordinary, but the bamboo grove path was quite nice. Naturally, there were a lot of tourists. The romantic train and boat ride experiences were fantastic, especially the boat ride. Even though it was drizzling, we still had a wonderful time. The crew chatted, joked, and shared information with the passengers along the way. In contrast, the tour guide wasn't as enthusiastic, and we felt a bit abandoned at times—for instance, not knowing which way to head to regroup after the boat ride. However, since we had added them on LINE beforehand and they did a headcount before departure, we weren't too worried.

The tour experience was quite good. Our driver, Mr. Zhao, and tour guide, Ms. Sen, were both very dedicated and provided excellent service. The tour schedule was well-arranged, making for a very pleasant experience.
