- Unified drop-off point: Drop off at the original meeting and pick-up location.
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time according to the notification. If you fail to gather and board the vehicle within the specified time, it will be considered an automatic waiver, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- The above plan is for a group tour for individual travelers. Pick-up and drop-off are according to designated locations and times. We apologize for any inconvenience. The specific time and location will be subject to actual arrangements.
- The above itinerary requires a minimum of 20 people to form a group. If the number of participants is less than 20, our agency will notify guests one day before departure and suggest rescheduling, changing the itinerary, arranging a carpool departure with a one-day tour to Qingyuan, or processing a refund. Our company will not provide compensation beyond the contract. Please be aware.
- Visitors participating in rafting are advised to bring an extra set of clothes: getting wet is unavoidable during rafting, and it's very uncomfortable to not have dry clothes after getting ashore. It's best to wear sandals that can be tied to your feet or water-resistant athletic shoes for rafting. It's cold on the water on cloudy days and sunny on clear days, so pay attention to cold protection and sun protection. It's best not to wear overly expensive clothing, shoes, or hats for rafting.
- Valuables should be stored before rafting. Rafting is a more exciting water sport, so items that are afraid of water, such as mobile phones, cameras, and watches, as well as valuables like wallets and jewelry, should be properly stored. If lost or damaged, you will be responsible for the consequences. The scenic area's visitor center provides paid storage lockers (reference prices: ordinary 30 yuan per locker, valuable 50 yuan per locker).
- Before rafting, be sure to wear a life jacket and helmet as instructed by the scenic area staff. Wait for rafting in an orderly manner, as safety comes first. Remember not to enter the water, remove your helmet, or take off your life jacket.
- Do not perform dangerous actions during rafting. Do not get off the boat casually, do not fight with each other, and do not actively grab floating objects in the water or plants and stones on the shore.
- When rafting: Do not stand or sit on the side of the boat, hold the safety belts on both sides of the raft with both hands, do not extend your hands out of the boat, and pay attention to the warning signs along the way; when passing a drop, you should firmly grasp the safety rope, tuck in your feet, lean your body towards the center of the boat, curl up, and go with the flow; if the boat overturns, remain calm and quickly go ashore or ask the river safety officer for help, and contact the tour guide immediately after going ashore for assistance; if the boat gets stuck in a whirlpool, please patiently adjust the direction and center of gravity of the rubber boat, do not get into the water to push the boat, and you can ask the river safety officer for help in time; if you feel unwell during rafting, please stop rafting, ask the river safety officer for help in time, and contact the tour guide immediately after going ashore for assistance.
- After the rafting, it's best to drink a cup of hot ginger water to ward off the cold and keep warm. Please bring your own change of clothes. The scenic area has changing rooms and showers, but does not provide towels or toiletries. Please bring your own.
- Visitors who are elderly, young, intoxicated, on an empty stomach, or suffering from mental illness, physical disabilities, etc., are requested not to participate in rafting activities.
- The travel agency will confirm and notify guests of the exact departure time and location 1 day before departure. Tourists must bring their valid original ID cards. To avoid missing the group, please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance on the day of departure and keep your mobile phone unblocked (no waiting for latecomers, please understand).
- The travel agency may adjust the sequence of the itinerary during the trip according to actual circumstances, but this will not affect the original reception standards and attractions.
- Overloading of tourist vehicles is strictly prohibited. Unaccompanied minors and infants must occupy a seat. Guests are requested to travel according to the actual number of registered participants. No additional personnel (including minors and infants) may be temporarily added without the travel agency's consent. If there are insufficient seats, our agency will refuse boarding. We appreciate your understanding.
- When traveling, tourist attractions and restaurants may have a large number of visitors, which may lead to crowding, waiting in line, and other phenomena. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- During your visit, please choose appropriate routes and activities based on your physical condition. Consciously abide by the relevant regulations of the scenic area, and pay attention to the safety warnings and warm reminders from scenic spots and travel agency staff. For tourist activities such as mountain climbing, rafting, riding, visiting, and taking photos, please follow the guidance of the scenic area and staff. If guests are accidentally injured during the tour, the scenic area and insurance company will be responsible for the relevant medical expenses (no economic compensation in any form other than medical expenses will be borne, such as: lost wages, nutrition fees, cosmetic fees, etc.).
- Seniors aged 65 and above are requested to participate in travel itineraries based on their health conditions, and must be accompanied by family members or friends, and sign a "Health Certificate" and a "Waiver of Liability." We appreciate your understanding.
- During the tour, if a traveler needs to abandon part of the itinerary due to personal reasons such as health, or if a traveler requests to abandon part of the accommodation, transportation, or attractions, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment. No fees will be refunded, and the traveler is solely responsible for their personal safety during the abandoned part of the itinerary.
- Do not eat unclean food. When eating seafood, you can drink an appropriate amount of liquor and rice vinegar to sterilize and disinfect.
- Please bring items to prevent colds, fever, diarrhea, and skin allergies for emergency use.
- Always take good care of your personal belongings. Valuables should not be placed in luggage; they should be specially deposited or supervised by someone.
- Visitors holding infants, seniors over 70 years old (including 70), those suffering from mental illness, heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, and those who are intoxicated or otherwise unsuitable for touring, are refused entry to the bridge and platform.
- It is strictly forbidden to carry sharp objects, blunt instruments, cameras, drones, flammable, explosive, and other dangerous items onto the bridge and platform: large luggage is not allowed to be carried, except for small personal bags (wallets, handbags, waist bags) and mobile phones.
- Barefoot, high heels, crutches, wheelchairs, and metal spiked shoes are not allowed on the bridge and platform. To ensure a good sightseeing experience and protect the smooth glass surface of the bridge and platform, please wear the special shoe covers provided for you first.
- Please follow the staff's instructions to go up and down the bridge and platform in an orderly manner. Do not push, shove, fight, chase, jump, or throw objects. Do not play in the water on the bridge and platform, and do not lean on the railings to prevent your body from tilting and causing accidents.
- When the glass bridge and platform reach the maximum capacity, please follow the staff's instructions for staggered visits.
- The scenic area may be temporarily closed due to rainy and foggy weather. Please process your refund and rescheduling promptly. In case of an emergency, please remain calm, follow staff instructions, and evacuate to a safe area in an orderly manner.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the glass bridge and platform: Visitors with children, please always look after your children and pay attention to safety.
