1. Children aged 0-2 years who do not occupy a seat are free, but participation is not recommended. If you insist on participating, please inform us by email in advance. If not informed in advance and there are insufficient seats, the driver has the right to refuse carriage. Thank you. Children under 2 years old who need a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket and requires a remark. Children over 2 years old are also the same price as adults. Additionally, seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are healthy and suitable for travel, and must be accompanied throughout the trip by a family member or friend aged 22 or older.
2. Passengers suffering from the following conditions or who are otherwise unsuitable for excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this activity: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, and pregnant women. If you conceal your condition and register, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
3. This itinerary is a fixed carpool itinerary. Customers participating in this itinerary must strictly adhere to the designated停留时间 (stopover times) at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver-guide. If the time is not adhered to, the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to proceed to the next attraction on your own.
4. Please note that no refunds will be given for non-participation or interruption of the itinerary due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. If you leave the group during the itinerary, no fees will be refunded. Furthermore, if this results in personal or property safety issues, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
5. If you are carrying large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safe. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages may be brought on board, but eating is prohibited inside the bus. Please note that if any stains are caused inside the vehicle, you will be required to compensate according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change, and the order of itineraries may also be swapped. As per Japanese regulations, vehicle usage cannot exceed 10 hours. In case of traffic jams due to public holidays or force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or the time spent at attractions may be shortened or the number of attractions reduced. We ask for your understanding and that this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund or leave a negative review.
7. Vehicle usage: Vehicles are dispatched based on the number of people. If there are fewer than 12 people, we will use a vehicle with fewer than 14 seats, with only a driver and no tour guide. If there are more than 12 people, we will arrange one driver and one tour guide. Please be aware that this product is a shared ride service, and other guests may be riding along.
8. The tour guide will recommend lunch and local Japanese specialties, including local characteristic catering, ice cream, horse oil, and other products, with no forced consumption.
9. Traffic congestion is expected on holidays, weekends, or Japanese public holidays. This may lead to delays of 2 to 5 hours, so it is recommended that you flexibly adjust your evening itinerary.
10. The one-day tour itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports all carry specific risks and dangers; please assess your health and ability. Our company assumes no responsibility for any personal damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. We appreciate your understanding.
11. PS: The cherry blossom season and maple leaf season are estimated references. Floral vegetation is affected by natural climate and will gradually bloom in batches. Please refer to the actual situation on site for the duration of blooming and wilting. Thank you for your understanding. Because the scenery varies in different seasons, the pictures in the introduction are reference renderings for the best viewing season of the attraction. The actual scenery is subject to the day, and the pictures are for reference only
12. We will send you an email between 16:00 and 21:00 on the day before your trip. The content includes: meeting time, license plate number, tour guide, and the tour guide's social contact information. Please be sure to check your email (it might be in the spam folder!). Do not be late on the day of the trip, and no refunds or changes are allowed on that day! Therefore, you must check your email and add the tour guide!!! Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the tour so that relevant reception staff can contact you! If you have not received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
13. For those using LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions, the tour guide will not be able to add you as a friend directly using your LINE ID on the day before the tour. Therefore, we will create a LINE group the day before the tour and send you the LINE group link via email. After receiving the email, please actively click the link to join the LINE group so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you!

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
